18.02.2026 I tried to withdrawal my balance but the request kept showing pending for longer than usual. Normally it takes less time. I wrote to support and they told me my KYC document was slightly unclear. I reuploaded a clearer photo. After that the withdrawal was processed the next day. Delay happened but finally completed.
