I am Ritik singh. I created a deposit of rs 1400 in my account on 22 feb 2023 by sending the mmoney to one of their agent whose name is Mohana Kumar. I contacted the costumer supoort a lot but they always said contact your bank "Regarding this transaction, we can no longer help. You just have to wait." When I contacted my bank, it gavethis statement "Please ask the receiver to check the account statement of Yes Bank for account ending XXXX0052We're happy to inform you that your payment of ₹1400 to Mohana Kumar P's Yes Bank account XXXX0052 on[protected] was successful. The payment should show in the receiver’s UPI App's (E.g Google pay, phone pe etc) transaction history, UPI reference number is[protected]."
It's been more than a month and they are still saying the same that we haven't received the money. I have all the proofs of the payment.
