I was quite frustrated because my referral bonus didn’t show up even though my friend signed up through my link. I kept checking my account and nothing appeared. This happened around 25.01.2026. I contacted support and gave them the referral details. They investigated and found that my friend had not completed full KYC verification. Once he finished the process the bonus was credited.
