Dear 4Rabet Senior Management, Payments and Finance Team, and Customer Experience Department,
I am writing to formally escalate my unresolved refund of ₹75, 000 under case reference SUP-987654. I am extremely disappointed and concerned about the repeated assurances, changing explanations, and continued requests for additional information despite your support team confirming that my full manual refund had been initiated.
I request that this email be treated as a formal complaint and immediately forwarded to the Head of Payments, Finance Manager, Complaints Manager, and senior management responsible for resolving payment disputes.
For clarity, I am documenting the complete sequence of events and the commitments made by your support representatives since 15 October 2026.
1. DETAILS OF MY PENDING ₹75, 000 REFUND
The total amount involved is ₹75, 000, consisting of two declined withdrawal transactions:
• First withdrawal: ₹50, 000
• Second withdrawal: ₹25, 000
• Total amount pending: ₹75, 000
• Case reference: SUP-987654
According to the information provided by your support team, both withdrawal transactions remain marked as “Declined, ” and my refund is being handled through a manual process.
Despite the communications and assurances from your representatives, I have not received the full ₹75, 000 in my bank account. I need a clear, verifiable explanation of the actual status of my money and confirmation of the steps taken to return it.
2. YOUR SUPPORT TEAM CREATED CASE SUP-987654 AND PROVIDED A SPECIFIC DEADLINE
On 15 October 2026, at approximately 2:20 PM, your support team confirmed the creation of case SUP-987654.
I was given a 24-hour timeframe, with the deadline falling on 16 October 2026 at approximately 2:20 PM.
Your representatives assured me that the matter was being handled and that the full amount would be refunded. I relied on these statements and waited for the resolution within the timeframe communicated by your team.
I was also informed that, if the amount was not credited within the promised timeframe, a full manual refund would be initiated without requiring further approval or causing additional delays.
This was not merely a general statement that my complaint would be investigated. I was given a specific assurance concerning my ₹75, 000 refund and a defined timeframe.
I therefore expect 4Rabet to honour the commitments communicated to me in writing.
3. YOUR REPRESENTATIVE EXPLICITLY CONFIRMED THAT THE FULL MANUAL REFUND HAD BEEN INITIATED
During the subsequent conversation, your support team provided the following statements regarding my case:
“The full ₹75, 000 refund is pending manual processing.”
“The full manual refund of ₹75, 000 has now been initiated.”
I was also informed that the finance/payments team was handling case SUP-987654 and that I would receive the refund reference number and transaction proof within the next 24 hours.
Your team further assured me that I would receive updates through the support channel and my registered email address.
These statements are extremely important because they indicate that the case had progressed beyond a general complaint and that manual refund processing had reportedly been initiated.
If the refund has genuinely been initiated, please provide the relevant transaction details and documentary evidence.
If it has not actually been submitted to the payment provider or bank, please explain why your representative stated that the full manual refund had already been initiated.
I cannot accept repeated assurances without corresponding evidence of the action allegedly taken.
4. YOUR SUPPORT TEAM REPEATEDLY ASSURED ME THAT I WOULD RECEIVE MY FULL REFUND
During our conversations, I specifically asked whether I would receive my money back.
Your support representative reassured me that I would receive the full refund and gave me a 100% assurance regarding the outcome.
I was also told that unexpected delays would be communicated to me immediately.
I relied on these statements in good faith. However, I still do not have the money in my bank account or verifiable proof establishing exactly where the refund stands.
Please explain the basis on which your representatives provided these assurances and confirm whether the refund has actually been authorised, submitted and processed.
If the payment is still pending, I require the exact reason for the delay and the name or department currently responsible for resolving it.
5. REPEATED REQUESTS FOR A WITHDRAWAL TOKEN OR REFERENCE WITHOUT A CLEAR EXPLANATION
Another serious concern is that your support team has continued asking me for a withdrawal token or reference, even though my case has already been created and the two withdrawals have been identified as declined.
I have already provided the information available to me and have cooperated with your support team.
If you require a specific token, transaction identifier or withdrawal reference, please explain the following in writing:
1. What is the exact name of the token or reference you require?
2. Where can I find it in my account or transaction history?
3. Why is it required to process a refund for withdrawals already marked as declined?
4. Has the information already available in your system been checked against both transactions?
5. Why was I told that the full manual refund had been initiated if an essential piece of information was still missing?
6. Will providing this information actually enable the refund to proceed, or will another requirement or delay be introduced afterwards?
Please identify the precise missing information instead of repeatedly asking me for a generic “token” or “reference.”
If this information is already available in your internal payment records, I expect your team to retrieve and verify it internally.
I am willing to cooperate with legitimate verification requirements. However, I should not be left in an endless cycle of repeated requests without a clear explanation, particularly after your representatives have already confirmed that the manual refund was initiated.
6. I WAS ASKED TO WAIT FOR THE PROMISED 24-HOUR PERIOD
During the conversation, I expressed my concern about the delay and explained that I needed my money returned.
Your representative asked me to wait for the promised 24-hour period and indicated that the refund would be addressed within that timeframe.
I was also asked not to make public posts about the matter during this period while the refund was being addressed.
I agreed to wait because I wanted to resolve the matter directly and give 4Rabet an opportunity to honour its commitment.
I expect that cooperation to be taken seriously.
I am not asking for an unreasonable favour. I am asking for the return of ₹75, 000 associated with two declined withdrawal transactions and for accurate information about the status of that money.
I should not be expected to continue waiting indefinitely after being given a specific deadline and repeated assurances.
Please confirm that the original deadline of 16 October 2026 at approximately 2:20 PM remains applicable and that it will not be arbitrarily extended without a documented explanation.
7. I WAS ALSO TOLD THAT MY COMPENSATION REQUEST WOULD BE REVIEWED
Your support team also informed me that my request for compensation for the inconvenience would be reviewed by the Customer Experience Team.
I was told that the assessment would take into account the circumstances of my case, including the declined withdrawals and the delay in processing.
Your representative stated that, once the ₹75, 000 refund had been successfully processed and confirmed, the team would contact me with an official response regarding compensation, including the next steps and any proposed resolution.
I expect this commitment to be recorded as part of my complaint.
Please confirm that my compensation request remains documented under case SUP-987654 and that it will be reviewed after the refund is completed.
However, I want to make it absolutely clear that compensation is a separate matter. It must not be used as a reason to delay, condition or avoid returning my original ₹75, 000.
8. I REQUIRE VERIFIABLE REFUND PROOF, NOT ANOTHER GENERAL ASSURANCE
Your representatives have specifically promised to provide a refund reference number and transaction proof.
I therefore request the following information for my records:
A. The current status of the ₹50, 000 withdrawal and its corresponding refund.
B. The current status of the ₹25, 000 withdrawal and its corresponding refund.
C. Confirmation of whether the full ₹75, 000 manual refund has actually been authorised and submitted to the payment provider.
D. The date and exact time at which the refund was initiated or submitted.
E. The name of the payment provider or payment processor handling the refund.
F. The refund transaction ID, refund reference number, or other applicable identifier.
G. The applicable UTR, RRN, ARN or bank-traceable reference, if one exists for the payment method used. If a particular reference does not apply to this transaction, please state that clearly rather than providing an unrelated number.
H. Documentary proof of the refund instruction or transaction, with sufficient information for the payment provider or bank to verify it.
I. If the refund has not yet been submitted, the precise reason, the outstanding action required, and the department responsible for completing it.
J. Written confirmation of whether the refund will be returned to my original bank account, as previously discussed, rather than merely credited to my 4Rabet wallet.
Please do not send me the original declined withdrawal status as proof that a refund has been processed. A declined withdrawal and a completed refund are different events.
I need evidence of the actual refund instruction or transaction, not simply confirmation that my complaint remains open.
9. I REQUEST AN IMMEDIATE REVIEW BY SENIOR MANAGEMENT
Given the amount involved and the conflicting implications of the messages I have received, I request that this matter be reviewed directly by a senior member of your payments or finance team.
Please provide written answers to the following questions:
1. Has the manual refund for ₹75, 000 actually been initiated?
2. If yes, what is the exact refund transaction reference?
3. If no, why did your support representative state that the full manual refund had been initiated?
4. What specifically is preventing the refund from being completed?
5. What exact action is now required from 4Rabet to release my money?
6. Who is responsible for my case within the payments or finance department?
7. What is the confirmed expected date and time for the funds to reach my original bank account?
8. Has my compensation request been recorded for review?
9. Can you confirm that all messages, commitments, transaction records and internal notes associated with case SUP-987654 have been preserved?
I also request that my case not be closed merely because a response has been sent. It should remain open until the refund is completed or I receive a documented explanation supported by verifiable payment records.
10. PLEASE PRESERVE ALL RECORDS ASSOCIATED WITH THIS CASE
Please preserve the complete support-chat history, internal case notes, payment-provider communications, withdrawal records, refund instructions, transaction statuses and any decisions made regarding my case.
This request is intended to ensure that the written assurances already provided can be reviewed accurately and that the complete history remains available if further escalation becomes necessary.
I have retained my own records of the communications and will use them to document the matter if required.
11. FORMAL REQUEST FOR RESOLUTION
I have cooperated with your representatives and waited on the basis of the specific commitments they made.
I do not want another generic response stating that my case is being reviewed, that the finance team has been informed, or that I should wait for further updates.
I need a substantive response addressing the points above.
Accordingly, I request that 4Rabet:
• Honour the written commitment concerning the full ₹75, 000 refund.
• Complete the refund to my original bank account.
• Provide the refund reference number and verifiable transaction proof promised by your support team.
• Explain precisely why a withdrawal token or reference is still being requested after the case has been created and manual processing has reportedly been initiated.
• Escalate the matter to the Head of Payments, Finance Manager, Complaints Manager and senior management.
• Confirm the status of my separate compensation request.
• Provide the official email address of the department or person responsible for handling formal complaints and payment escalations.
If this matter is not resolved within the timeframe communicated by your representatives, I reserve the right to submit a factual complaint to the relevant consumer grievance channels and publish an accurate account of my experience, supported by the available records. Any public disclosure will be limited to relevant evidence, with sensitive personal and banking information concealed.
I would strongly prefer to resolve this matter directly with 4Rabet, without further escalation. However, I cannot continue relying on repeated verbal or written assurances without receiving my money or verifiable evidence of the refund.
Please acknowledge this email, confirm that it has been escalated to senior management, and provide a complete written response to each of the outstanding points.
Case Reference: SUP-987654

Declined Withdrawals: ₹50, 000 + ₹25, 000
Date of Case Creation: 15 October 2026
Promised 24-Hour Deadline: 16 October 2026, approximately 2:20 PM
I expect 4Rabet to treat this complaint with the seriousness it deserves and to honour the commitments already made by its representatives.
