4Rabet — Withdrawal not credited

I am facing an unresolved withdrawal issue with 4Rabet regarding a withdrawal of ₹10, 000. It has been several days since I requested the withdrawal, but the amount has still not been credited to my bank account.

According to 4Rabet support, my withdrawal was approved and submitted to the payment system for processing. However, the payment remains unresolved, and I have not received my money.

Despite these responses, I have not received a clear explanation of the delay, confirmation of the actual payment status, or a definite resolution.

I am concerned that the payment may have failed at the payment provider's end, even though 4Rabet has approved the withdrawal. I need the platform to investigate the transaction with its payment provider and confirm whether the money was successfully transferred, rejected, or returned.

I request that 4Rabet provide verifiable transaction details or proof of payment, investigate the issue urgently, and either ensure that the ₹10, 000 is credited to my account or return the funds to my 4Rabet balance if the transfer failed.

I have also attempted to raise awareness about this issue through online reviews, but my attempts to post a review on Truepilot have repeatedly been removed.

My main concern is that my ₹10, 000 withdrawal remains unresolved despite repeated follow-ups and assurances from support. I want a clear explanation, a proper investigation, and the return of my money without further unnecessary delays.
