4Rabet — Withdrawal pending and not verifying the account

I have an amount of 316500 INR pending for withdrawal for more than a week now, on Ist January 2023, I had total amount of 316500 to withdraw, after placing withdrawal request, soon I got to learn from their incapable chat support team, that I need to first verify my account, although when I had requested for the withdrawal amount of just 2200 INR, they processed the amount within 10 hours, the actual drama started as soon as the amount was big. Anyway, as per their instructions I shared all my docs as soon as the team asked, as I was told to wait for the revert from the email team, and as expected no one is responding and their chat support team is so careless, they just say we don't know anything, we can't help, wait or the reply, Am I supposed to wait for my entire life, how crazy is this? kindly help me with my withdrawal of 316500, or else we need to go legal. It's my money and they are acting so reckless with other people's money, need the resolution with in 24 hours or be ready.
