[protected] — deleting the resolved complaint

Hi

I need to delete a complaint that was resolved by the vendor. But the consumer complaints.in says as per policy, the resolved complaints cannot be deleted.

I dont find any relevance in not allowing to delete a resolved complaint.

Please tell us a way...

https://www.consumercomplaints.in policy states that you cannot delete a resolved issue.

What if the person who complained wanted to delete the post on request from the vendor?

Its ethical that it can be deleted.
