An user id Digital Chennai has been posting some of the personal government documents of a person which are posing risk. Can anyone post anybodys personal id proofs? even if they post, they should to the respective department.

I am writing this letter to cover your attention towards me. There are so many stray dogs in our area/ward.Due to this we are facing severe problems.It has also bitten me severely due to the bite in my hand, 4 stitches have been stitched in my hand. Not only me but people who come late nights also face the problem. That dog is not a normal stray dog, it is from a dog breed called combai (kombai).Normally those dogs are aggressive.there are so many children in our area it will definitely bite anyone if action is not taken immediately.I have given the address below.

Sept 2 I done a payment the payment for the online course and the payment went twice and after one week a person called me from consumer complains and he said me to do some procedure to refund the money through google pay gateway and done the procedure he said and after that, he debited my money twice

I received an email from consumercomplaints after submitting a complaint on freecharge transaction asking for refund. I was instructed to approve another payment to verify my google pay account so that refund will be done to it. I did as was told and cash got debited again. I've now lost 1851+1851 rs. Please help. I need my money back. I'll attach the email communication.
I called to the number in the email yesterday and they told me to do as instructed, so i did. Now they're not picking up. Please resolve the issue asap. I need my money back.

People who are looking out for help from these people, kindly don't.
Because even this website is going to scam you, they simply take advantage of your situation.

How will you handle other customer complaints if your platform is not

I have raised the couple of ticket (Ex. Jul 2018, feb 2018 etc..) via consumercomplaints.in portal about the airtel internet slowness issue but still there no any update on ticket. The support team are not providing proper update on it. If the support team will not handle the complaint properly then what is the use of this forum?

Kindly do the needful on this.

Call came from this number [protected] to make payment of 45600 (Might be from monster recruiters). To resolve this problem

I applied for a job in monster.com and the next day i got a call from monster saying that they have shortlisted my resume for 2 companies - wipro and capgemini, the initial payment for the process is rs. 2600 that is refundable.
Mails received from -
Nobody informed me that each and every step after the initial payment will need a money transaction.

Here are the details:
1. Received call from -[protected], [protected] emails from [protected]@gmail.com, [protected]@wipro.com,
[protected]@outlook.com [ person name: sumit - crm manager - forwarded my resume and performed every step.
2. Initial payment for 2600/- was done via google pay on upi id - job. [protected]@axisbank.
3. Next came the payment for profile verification - the same person contacted me and the payment amount was of 6500/- done via google pay on upi id - job. [protected]@axisbank.
4. Next for the e-profile generation, payment of rs. 11000/- was done on the same upi id - job. [protected]@axisbank.
This transaction was failed for 2 times resulting the money to be debited from my account but they claimed that it has failed. Next, they asked for a payment of 22000/- all the amount is refundable, even the accidental amount. I made the payment for 22k which was successful on the upi id - job. [protected]@axisbank
5. Next day, submit contacted me again and told me that for the refund process to start, they need to generate a verification id for me and for that they will request for 18, 500/- transaction on google pay, but that amount will not be debited.
Complaint

This is complaint against your company because you have very loose verification process of not checking genuniity of a complaint and maligning a company. Consumercomplaints. Just like my complaint anybody can post anaything with out any proof.
You are losing the seriousness of anybody check it before it is too late. Also i posted same thing earlier but you conveninetly removed your company name from my subject line consumercomplaints dot in

I had posted a complaint regarding one site which was immediately resolved by the site. The ceo of the site had called me personally and resolved the issue. He also requested me to delete the complaint as they are new in business and the complaint may have impact on their business. I raised tickets to consumercomplaint and asked them to remove the complaint but they are denying the request saying its not as per their policy. This is wrong, the complaint should be deleted as the person is requesting to delete who had raised the complaint.

Please disable public view of the complaints submitted on this portal. Currently all complaints gets public.

Should it not remain confidential between the company and consumer on case to case basis?

I would opine to make consumer complaints to be confidential, alternatively it can be optional at the time of filing the complaint whether to make ti public or confidential.

I need to delete a complaint that was resolved by the vendor. But the consumer complaints.in says as per policy, the resolved complaints cannot be deleted.

I dont find any relevance in not allowing to delete a resolved complaint.

Please tell us a way...

Consumercomplaints.in policy states that you cannot delete a resolved issue.

What if the person who complained wanted to delete the post on request from the vendor?

Its ethical that it can be deleted.

I had logged complaint on consumercomplaint.in and its been resolved and i gave clear resolution details aswell. Though my complaint has resolved i dont understand what is the purpose of keeping the complaint.
I will be lossing huge money because of my complaint existence, immigration agent will be settling the money only afer deleting this complaint link permanently.

I request consumercomplaint to take my issue and solve it by deleting the complaint.

Guys dont post complaint in this site they are frouds from delhi.. After posting anything here plzz be aware not to give any details o[censored]r card or such things after u post ur complaint here some guy will call u tellin they are from consumer complaints and ask u details and dont share a single issue with them they will make u fool and get ur details

I had recieved a call from a number i.e [protected] which state that he is calling from consumercomplaint office.
he ask me for my card number to refund the deducted amount from my a/c. although he refunded the said amount he had hack my a/c and done fraud by purchasing some thing today night at 2.30 pm.
