Thinking 99 acres to be a comparatively better site for selling my house, I opted to post my property here. They were after me to make it a premium property and advised me to take an expensive package along with their relationship manager. Swayed by their staff and upselling skills, I invested the money and hoped it would work.
Contrary to all my expectations, it was all a waste of money. They do absolutely nothing even after months, once they get the money, then nothing from their side. They even told me they have a lot of offline data, which also turned out to be a hoax. The so-called relationship manager never telephones me on his own and gives very evasive replies to my calls. Even his boss shall promise you a lot and do nothing. His boss even told me that he is one of the best relationship managers our company have, then if he is the best who does nothing and never calls, then I can imagine how the whole company staff would be. Please don’t waste your time and money on a 99acres company and try selling through your own sources. This company is just a master in selling their packages and then does nothing at all.
