I have registered with 99 acres via their relationship Manager to whom I paid over 10, 000 rupees. He used to call me at least 3-4 times and since paying and registering my property for rental in their website I have not had a single phone call from them. The local contact mobile phone numbers that I gave them are not showing up in their website either. Overall I feel cheated with these agents and can categorically say that they are the worst that I have across.

There is a confusion in you branding me a as a Dealer Broker.
I REQUEST TO REMOVE THE SAME IMMEDIATELY and Apologize for the actions.

I might have to file a case against your for calling me a Broker and spoiling my name publicly.

1. I have listed my property Janapriya Sai Darshan - for Rental Since 2007 and For Sale Recently 2020
2. I also posted my Friend's property in Chennai for Rental last year.
3. Now we have our farmland for sale in Kodaikkanal to be sold.

Becuase of these I will not be a broker. So mind it and I will let you go with a warning this time.

There are so many sites I can advertise and do not need to be dependent on you. Same ads were posted in magic bricks and nobody called me a broker or asked for proof of ownership. Even if I have i do not have intention to share with you. That does not mean that I'm a broker.

I am writing this email with a lot of frustration and disappointment. I have purchased the platinum listing for 1 year for an amount go 7000+ in 99 acres, for first 4 weeks i was getting good responses as my listing was on top slot on the search criteria. But once that period is over, my listing is moved to the last pages of the search and it’s not visible for any buyer unless they go to the last pages of search which is an unrealistic scenario. If the purpose was to put the listing in any of the pages then why the hell i should pay for platinum services.

I can see a lot of listings which are not platinum or not even verified and coming ahead of my listing. How can those unverified listings get priority over my platinum listing.

I have raised multiple complaints on this last week, but the response from the customer service was pathetic. They don't even care about the concerns of customer and they just try to prove their point without even understanding the actual issue. For example last week when i raise the complaint my listing was on the 6th page of the search and now i can see that on the 10th page. And today i cannot even see my listing even on the 25th page of search results when i search using the locality. I stopped searching after 25 pages as no buyer will go that much to see a property.

I had purchased the plan after getting a lot of promises from the executive who was talking so nicely before i purchase the package and even promised me that he will be there to help me in any concerns, but the moment i paid money he just stopped responding to my calls and messages which just shows how you guys value customers in reality.

I need a quick resolution on this and need to get the services as promised or else give me the refund on the payment immediately. Expecting a response on this complaint

I have purchased platinum listing + relationship manager service paid 11, 000 in may -2019 for the rent out of commercial floor but 99 acres did not deliver as per their claims.

Photography of the site not done by 99 acres. Relationship manager was pathetic, very poor in commutation having no knowledge about the service, the sales team manager (Mr. Abshisekh) was boasting a lot about 99 acres before taking the money but he turned out be a big fraud. Once i took their service he even did not pick up my phone.

I escalated my issue to mr abhisekh supervisor mr. Amarjeet he tried to resolve the issue by organizing a conference between rm, sales team but all his efforts went in vein as none took his words seriously. On my further request he talked his supervisor but surprisingly they are asking more money to fulfill their earlier commitment.

I strongly suggest not to take any service from 99 acres as despite charging hefty amount 99acres did not deliver as per their claims. Surprisingly even the non paid general listing adds are appearing much before mine being a platinum user. Becomes even more pathetic when the 99acres executive tell that the property must be searched with the exact address then it will be visible on first page, ridiculous that is and all the more pain as th support team does take no notice of the issue. They promise call back but no one bothers to call back once you have paid the money. They do not even answer the calls when you call them back. Most pathetic services i have ever come though. Sheer act of theft on 99acres part, take the money and the listing is not existent.

I subscribed for their owner assist program, their sale team was too good to convince me that this is the best package ever to sell the property. And then 99 acres is owned by a brand - info edge.

But i never expected that a company like info edge to dupe me of my hard earned money. The product owner assist is a bogus product.
Here is the catch, the relationship manager who is supposed to take your prospective customer's call, is off on weekends and public holidays. And this is the the time when maximum customers make enquires. This is absolutely weird.
I asked for a refund, they never did but offered to change my listing to "till you" product.
I got a lot o[censored]seless inquiries, but at least i did. After 10 days or so it suddenly stopped. I enquired - what was wrong, they responded that every thing was fine.
I could not believe this and ultimately found out that my omni ads campaign was paused.
I sent them a screen shot and pointed out the issue.
They simply reverted saying that this was not an issue at all - that my advertisement had reached 15k impressions and that was the end of it.
There sales are not ethical and communication is very weak.
These guys are not to be trusted at all.
Too bad for a brand like info edge to behave this way.
