99Acres.com — Fraudulent promises and the worst service - cheated me and collected money for paid plan and did not answer my calls or emails
99acres.com is a total fraud when it comes to the so called premium packages and paid services. We realised this when we did the mistake of paying for 99acres after we listed our property (a 3BHK flat)for sale in Chandanagar, Hyderabad. Their salespersons/ executives hounded us with calls and emails promising great leads, an email campaign, and the services of a Relationship Manager who's an expert in real estate in the specific city (in this case, Hyderabad). Once we paid a hefty amount of ~Rs.10, 000/- for a two-month package that was supposed to include the services of a Relationship Manager, they did not do anything they had promised. The so called Relationship Manager was never available, did not answer calls, did not respond to any emails or text messages, and did not do a single thing to facilitate the sale of our flat. Suddenly the other 'executives' also did a 'disappearing act' and stopped responding - they were totally unavailable. Not a single person from 99acres took any responsibility. Nobody even gave us any contact information for us to reach out to anyone responsible at 99acres. It was a total waste of our time and money, and the whole horrible experience caused us a great deal of stress. We are totally convinced that 99acres is a total fraud and they are cheating people by promising services for paid packages. Was this information helpful?
