I purchased "3 months" Advanced Package to list home for rental. The payment was successful and later the company never responded nor I was able to post the listing.. I sent several emails and opened cases. They simply say, they will look at it and it is ignored even after 2 weeks.

Horrible and Worst service, this is a big scam, I had their premium package services. They told all lies and didn’t even provided 10% of the service that the sales people told when they tricked me to buy the service to sell my house within 3 months.

Initially, the Relationship Manager was not responding to me after multiple follow ups. Finally, I have been assigned a new RM after 1.5 months of 3 months contract. In the remaining 1.5 months, they have contacted me hardly 3 to 4 times.

The customer service and the services they promise to deliver are a big scam and they don’t even meet 10% of what they promised.

I have relied on your website and put my property details for rent.
One Dr Akhya Kumar telephone no [protected] responded on 24th March 2023 and asked me to remit 50, 000; so that the money can be received from his credit card.
Money remitted and the person is not responding now. I lost ₹50, 000 by relying on your website.
I have submitted the documents shared with me to Cyber crime cell and asked the banker to stop all transactions.But all my efforts gone invane.

I had been in look for sale of property which i posted in 99acres on freee platform and i was getting response in free ad also, but 99acres people called me and told that we will provide a relation ship manager who is more aware of that area and he will be in constant touch with the people who are interested, so they will take care of all the headaches of answering to the buyers questions and also they will get good customers for our property and it will be valid for 3 months, unbelievable to say that in these three months after paying charges i didnt receive any response and neither my relation ship manger gave me any contacts...one of the worst service i have ever seen

I would like to articulate my displeasure from your disappointing benchmark of your assistance. I have anticipated plenty enough from an important and distinguished organization of your principle. Regrettably, I can’t alleviate but surrender this letter of complaint against you in hope for a fast and requisite solution to this problem.

I wanted to sell my house and I bought paid plan from 99acres.com.

After the payment they did not even bothered to do their job. I didn’t get any potential leads from them and when I raised this issue with them, they stopped responding me at all.

99ACRES.COM's paid service is a scam managed and sold by a bunch of scambugs. It is literally day time robbery. They upsell and do not thing. Fit for nothing ###. They should be punished to the maximum possible for misleading consumers. They all should be put behind bars for false promises, upselling, stealing money without delivering services.

I wanted my property on rent in lucknow gomti nagar. so i payed 99acres the amount of 2000 rupees after that no reponse from anywhere and whenever i login i see my property is deactive and when i call them every time they give me time for a call back but no one calls moreover they use to say that im deleting my post myself and giving stupid reasons everytime and just arranging a call back everyday and like that its been one month i have got no solution and they refusing for refunds also.

Your services are absolutely crap, your associates gives false promise and collect money from customer. I have been asked to pay with guaranteed lead to sell my property. I didn't get a single lead but fake promise. I want my money back...

We were cheated by 99acres.com whose employees hounded us with calls making promises about their services with regard to the advertisement for the sale of our apartment in Hyderabad. Once we paid Rs.9853/- for a Premium Package that included the services of a Relationship Manager, they turned out to be complete frauds who did not deliver any service. The so called Relationship Manager turned out to be completely useless, with no knowledge of Hyderabad or resale of flats, or even the process itself. He also refused to accept any responsibility for we were told would be the services we would get. We got nothing for the hefty payment we made. Employees of 99acres refused to even take our calls. Our emails and messages also were ignored. In effect we were cheated of our hard earned money. We request total refund of the amount we paid. In addition we deserve a compensation for the stress, wasted time and resources on our part.
99acres seems to be a total fraud so far as the so called paid services and premium packages are concerned.

My listing was deleted without any cause and even after submitting relevant documents i was told that they "suspect that i am a dealer".

Their back end team seems to be running a mafia where they decide on which of their favorites they will entertain in order to post property.in order to remove competition they remove listing without any proper cause or reason....

Cheating and fraud should be the name of 99acres.com, their managers, area managers, zonal managers, regional managers are all cheats they cheat you for money. Nitin (Area manager delhi), neeraj (North india head) all are involved in cheating of money. They will sell one deal to some one at x-price and if they sense you do not have market update they will even sell you the same package at 10x-price.

They are shameless people who are not even ashamed when they are caught red handed.

I guess 99acres is full of goons and cheats, 99acres will soon loose market credibility if they continue with their team of frauds and scamsters.

Writing this mail after various mails sent to the concerned department already and the disgusting service which i got through 99acres.. I paid 5000 rupees to 99acres for 1 month rm service with banner and 3 months featured static listing..

This incident started from 14th of july when i recieved the proposal from nirmal one of your sales person.. I accepted his proposal and paid 5000 to the company for the service.. He promised me over the call that all my services
Will be live within 4 hrs from rm to ad live and post description and all.. That was not done.. I had to call to remind that my services are not yet live.. On 15th rm was assigned to me.. No post description no featured listing till yet..
Till 21 st july i made various calls and various mails when vaibhav assured me one month continous banner with 3 months top slot listing.. Then it got discontinued on 6th august.. That means my all services started propely from 21st july and ended on 6th aug..

Till 14th to 21st july i was asking for refund because i was not getting what i was told and i totally lost belief on your website 99acres.. But vaibhav insisted me to further carry on and from further i will not face service issues..

When on 6th aug i faced issues i again started saying for refund from 8th august onwards.. Your manager desmond david also looked into this matter but he totally found my mistake as i was satisfied by rm only for two weeks and not by ither service so he is saying that i bought only rm service..
Totally on 18th aug after promising refund previously and after various calls he finally told me that i will not get the refund for this issue.. And before 6pm he will mail me all the details which all service i got.. But mail hasnt come..
I just want to say your team speaks something do something else... Please look into this matter as a serious concern.. Its not a matter of 5000.. Its a matter of service of 99acres.. Making false promises wont help the company in the long run

I advertised my apartment for rent on 99 acres on date feb 16 2016, i went for the paid listing for rs 1000/-.
Title as below:

99acres went ahead marked my ad as verified and modified my title and address as below:
Residential apartment for rent in purvi residency, kuvempu nagar, bangalore south
Address: kuvempu nagar, bangalore south, bangalore

I requested them to update the same (As they lock the feilds after they mark it as verified) they did the same after a while.
After a week or so, they again reverted back to the title of their choice.
I again had to request them the same which they would take a while to do.
The same story goes on again and again.
In all these days i kept on getting calls from renters who thought apartment was in "kuvempu nagar" and have been agonized by the episode in convincing people that it is a mistake of the 99acres.com as they update the title on their own will.

I had purchased a platinum listing for 3 months from 99acres.com. However now I am being told that though the subscription is for 3 months, I can only list my property for 2 months. It is beyond my comprehension to understand how that is possible. It is like paying for 3 months and then being told that I can only use it for two months. On calling your call centre, I was told that I need to read the t&C properly before buying....

I HAD BOOKED A 3 BHK FLAT IN SANSKRITI PROJECT BY EARTHCON LTD, GREATERNOIDA THROUGH CMOHS, DELHI AND DEPOSITED RS 3.5LAKH TOWARDS THE BOOKING OF SAID FLAT. This is Bhavan Gyan living in Indira Nagar Bangalore and working as a sales manager in HONDA Showroom in Shivaji nagar Bangalore. Dear SM Signature Horamavu is a builder who is not constructing the building for living these building is only for fooling the people. I was purchased a 2 BHK Flat with this Builder in 2008. In booking time they was promised so many amenities, they were told about the quality of work, Now I am living in flat which I was bought from SM Signature Horamavu. None of the building is constructed for living the people, without quality wood, water leakage in each flat of building, none of the wall are there in building without cracks. For this type of quality I have paid 28.5 lacks which was saving of my 42 year life. Now nobody are thinking to purchases the flat from SM Signature Horamavu.

I have loss an amount of Rs 2.6 lacks by booking the flat in the SM Signature Horamavu Project. In 2009 I was paid the 80 k which was my booking amount for my flat with them. And after 3 month of booking I given the 1.8 lacks for the booked flat. At the time of booking they told us construction will start in that month only. And after 3 month SM Signature Manager called me and give the notice for paying the 1.8 lacks for starting the construction in this month only. For which I paid the money in that month only. After paying the money still I am waiting for start of the construction. Now 2.6 year has been gone SM Signature are not giving the response in asking about the construction.

I have booked a 2BHK FLAT with SM Signature Horamavu Bangalore in the year of 2010. I have paid 80k as the booking amount for 2 BHK flat. In Oct 2011 I cancelled the booking from this Builder. Before cancelling the flat I had made one more payment of 1.4 lacks rupees as first installment. After paying this I meet with 3 old customers of this builder who told me all stories that happened with them. SM SIGNATURE builder has harassed all of them so much after paying the booking amount and all the low quality products are used in the flat, no parking space, high cost price etc. After listening these entire stories I came to the stage of canceling the flat. At the time of cancellation they told us my paid money will be refunded after 3 months of cancellation. Now 2 years has been over but still I am waiting for the paid amount from them, I really thank those old customers for saving my remaining money from this SM Signature Horamavu Bangalore If any of you are planning to go with this Builder first go for old review of this Builder and after this you will never think about
