I have opted for premium package from 99acres.com along with digital marketing relationship manager services for selling my property. Before opting for services I have received various calls from 99acres team but after making payment for the premium package there is no response at all. Relationship manager is not at all responsible, he doesn't share the lead details on weekly basis as promised. They simply says that they are trying for the leads but there will be no response. They are just passing the time until package completion period of the customer. I've paid hefty amount towards the service and the services are worst. They don't even take feedback from the customers. Very much unhappy with the services. Was this information helpful? |
