I had purchased a Platinum plan for my property more than a month back.But till now, even single buyers didn't even visit my flat for viewing, which is the worst service by 99acre Team.Even, the Relationship Manager did not provide me with any proof of work that he did for my listing.I am very upset by trusting 99acres on sale of my property. For purchasing Services, i was made calls multiple times, but after taking service, not even a single call.When I asked for an update, Rohit Pandey then provided me with the same update every time - we are working, we are working.but did not submit a single proof that he is working.
I was assured that the sale will be closed in a month's time, but not even a single visit happened to my flat.I got to know from some buyers that Rohit didn't even answer queries submitted, nor answered phone calls of my clients.So if this is the service you are providing, why are you charging such a high amount ?In this case, I would expect a refund of the amount paid.
