Hello,
I ordered a book from 99bookscart, I didn't receive a book after some time and there was no update for the same. So o requested for the cancelation and refund.
Its been more than 10 days, I still haven't got my 630 bucks back. I have mailed so many times yet there is no revert.

It was a gift for my friend's 24th birthday.
First 99bookscart spoiled the gift.
Second I still have no whereabouts of my order. I paid it in advance was my biggest mistake.
I am continuously mailing. Till 26th August I received replies from their team saying pamdemic delayed my order or our warehouse is relocating and we will ship soon. But i have not received replies for my last 2 mails even. I am devastated with such unprofessionalism
