I've ordered a mystery box from 99bookscart and haven't received it yet. I've already paid for it too. But when i tried contacting them there were no replies on any platforms....

BEWARE OF FRAUD! LIKELY TO LOSE MONEY ON PREPAID ONLINE ORDER

I had ordered 9 books for Rs.999 on 24 Aug 2023 and there has been no confirmation since 8 days. Its not shipped yet (showing on my account that order is still processing!). I have sent email, WhatsApp message and tried calling. All to no avail.

I ordered a book from 99bookscart, I didn't receive a book after some time and there was no update for the same. So o requested for the cancelation and refund.
Its been more than 10 days, I still haven't got my 630 bucks back. I have mailed so many times yet there is no revert.
Please help me with the refund...

I bought mixed fiction box from 99bookscart.com but after receiving the product I am not satisfied hence wanted to return my product.
For returning I tried reaching them through email, messages, their website, and customer care number but no one is there to reply and consider my issue.I did not expect this in my first buy and I bought the product only because website showed return and refund policy with which I agreed.
But I will never recommend anyone to buy from them and will file a complaint regarding this issue.Afterall it's a customer right.

I buy two books through online payment

through googal pay.. They deliver only one book.

They let me wait for so long weeks..

And they say they will refund my money for

second. I don't want refund.. I want my

I ordered a 15 book set from them on 27th April 2021 and havnt received the package yet. There was no response from the company when trying to contact.

I placed an order for 2 books on 99bookscart.com on 17th Jan 2021. It has been a week since I placed the order and I haven't got any update from them. They are ignoring my messages and calls. My order is prepaid.

I had ordered for 4 books with 99bookscart on 8th of January. On 10th, they emailed me, saying that they do not have a book from the order in stock (they have done this in the past). However, the email also mentioned that if I opt for a replacement, they would ship the order immediately.

In a telephone conversation later that day, I let them know that I do not need an alternative book at present. Further, I asked them to ship...
