I purchase regularly at 99rpm. I ordered a spare part worth Rs 6300 on May 17th. They didn’t dispatch the product product for more than 10days. I was sending a reminder to them via email every 2 days. Even though they had that part in stock. They didn’t dispatch it. On 27th May, they have cancelled my order and issued a refund. When asked why was the order cancelled, they blocked my 99rpm account. I had store credits in my account, now they have blocked my account, I have lost access to the store credits of worth Rs.2000 Was this information helpful? |
