I had ordered AlternatorStator Assy part number DV111005 for Rs. 780 and they had send me a defective and used item. I have been sending them numerous emails but they are NON RESPONSIVE.

99RMP.com should be labeled as a SPAM WEBSITE...

I purchase regularly at 99rpm. I ordered a spare part worth Rs 6300 on May 17th. They didn’t dispatch the product product for more than 10days. I was sending a reminder to them via email every 2 days. Even though they had that part in stock. They didn’t dispatch it. On 27th May, they have cancelled my order and issued a refund. When asked why was the order cancelled, they blocked my 99rpm account. I had store credits in my account, now they have blocked my account, I have lost access to the store credits of worth Rs.2000

And today I am checking the status of the order then it shows me

that the order has been delivered to me.

Its more then a year and i still haven't got my refund.

Still that amount not credited to my account. I have sent mail several times, but no response from company....

Tracking no is not traceable and very poor customer service no one responds on my numerous email; my order hasn't been delivered after a month.
Very suspicious about this website, it seems fraudulent.

I have purchased some products from this online site. I had been waiting last 2 months at last they partially dispatched some items. After that they sent me a mail regarding the dispatch of rest of my products. But it is not traceable since the last one week. And the company is nit responding regarding this issue

I have ordered spare parts for Bajaj Dominar bike on[protected], amounting Rs. 2487. I have received an email on[protected] after more than 5 months) that they have tried to deliver but couldn't be delivered due to various reasons and they have initiated a refund. On[protected], my account was credited with Rs. 2087, 400 less then what i paid.
This is a loot of customers.

Don't deliver any item through DTDC courier they are frauds

Have ordered Bajaj spare parts of value 1278 rs, the company till not supplied my order . This company is fraud.

I was buying a product from 99rpm site worth rupees 538 on 7th july 2022 and i was debits my money by through the twidpay application but I didn’t receive my order details and my money was debit from my account . kwidpay fraud with me please return my money.

My order[protected] I have been requesting through email with 99rpm and they have not responded to my request. I had ordered a saddle stay order[protected] on 29th April. However, the order was just showing in "Processing" status on 3rd May as well and there was no information on the dispatch or delivery date of the ordered product. Hence, I requested the order to be cancelled and refund be processed.
However, 99rpm has not responded to any of my request via email.

I placed an order for bajaj Pulsar RS200 Regulator spare part, on 24th of February, 2022, and today is 4th April.
Through tracking I find that the order returned to its origin on 23 March, So its their responsibility to initiate the full refund of the order.
99rpm.com they don't even provide any customer service contact no. Only they provides a mail ID, where they don't even response.
