I had ordered 13 products from 99rpm out of wjhich i received 1 incorrect product and another product with a damage, when this issue was reported to the 99rpm team they respond back stating due to the nature of product packaging there is no refund for it. And regarding the incorrect product until this date they have not responded nor provided a resolution to any of concerns reported. Was this information helpful? |
