I ordered some parts for my bike on 5th of June . They clearly said it would take 4-6 days to dispatch the product . Today is 13th and it hasn't processed yet, plus they say one of the product are in backorder and it would take atleast 5-25 days to clear . For that one part i have to wait for a month?? Their customer service is the worse ever . They won't reply to your mails and I can't cancel or refund the order it's a disaster . If anyone of you want to consider purchasing from 99rpm, don't .
