99Rpm — refund not done/unprofessional

A very pathetic response from 99rpm.
After having taken my payment for the order of fiat parts on 5th feb 2019, there was an auto update regarding unavailability of parts on 10th feb 2019.
After which i decided to cancel the order as i couldnt afford to keep my car offroad, and look for an alternate arrangement.
To my cancellation request, 99rpm responded
Quote "please wait for 2-4 days as parts are expected soon, the delay is due to maintenance/relocation at the manufacturer's warehouse which had a tentative date to complete at 7th feb.... We expect your pending order to clear before feb 13th - 15th..." unquote

Since they couldnt arrange dispatch by 15th feb, upon sending the cancellation and refund request on 15th feb, they started giving a very unprofessional and vague response:
Quote.
"cancellations are disabled currently.
Regards,
99rpm support" unquote

How on earth can a company react like this. When they are not able to fulfil their own commitment, they can simply refund our money they have already taken.

This unprofessional behaviour is very much uncalled for. While i had made many orders from them before, but this situation is pushing me away from using their service any further. And a big not recommended to buy on 99rpm. This is a second situation where i had to face this trouble from 99rpm.

The least they could do is mark the part unavailable in advance so that customer can decide.
Horrible experience.
