I made payment by cheque to Pentacle services. At the time of selling, they promised me to provide 6 free coupouns for Adventure Irland (Great India Place, Noda). But they are not providing me now.
I made call around 15 times to get service of plumbing but they are not providing me the same as well... Pentacle Services is totally fraud company. I am trying their numbers since last 2 months but no one is picking up my phone. Please suggest any one how we can take refund my money from this company / take any action.

we have registered with PENTACLE SERVICES 16/20 SECOND FLOOR, WEA PADAM SINGH ROAD, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI-110005 since sept 2009 for services of electrician and more for rs. 799.
initially they worked but from dec 2009 they are not even responding to our call and email.
