We have been trying to get the carpenter for four weeks now and everytime the person on the phone assures that he will come, but no body has turned up ever.
Nobody else should get trapped with this company as this is just a racket going on to rob customers.
I wonder whether Indian Consumer Complaint Forum has any effect on the lawmakers and lawkeepers.

Pentacle Services — cheaters - 420
Absolutely Fraud ... what ever i have read with other persons who have posted their comments on this site are the same happened with me. I have been making calls since last 2 months but to no avail. nobody was picking the phone and now the dialled numbers are not responding only i.e. the recorded message says that the numbers are invalid. The company is a big fraud. I need my money back.
The no. provided by the co. keeps on ringing without any reply. They are charging money for a service they are unable to provide.

Pentacle Services — not responding for services
we have registered with PENTACLE SERVICES 16/20 SECOND FLOOR, WEA PADAM SINGH ROAD, KAROL BAGH, NEW DELHI-110005 since sept 2009 for services of electrician and more for rs. 799.initially they worked but from dec 2009 they are not even responding to our call and email.
please take neccesary action.
