I worked with Bharat Bpo Service Ltd for 9 months, starting from 8. 06. 2011. I left Bharat Bpo Service Ltd on 5. 03. 2012. I have already submitted the pf form in the company since 2 month before but till now company has not released my pf amount. They are saying to deposit RS 3100 to release pf amount... my job from Sparsh BPO Ltd, Ambattur 2 years before at the same time i completed all my PF Formalities and submitted the form to my office. still i didnt get my PF Amount.
When im checking in onlline, its mentioned that PF Form rejected. not only for mine, my senior persons PF Status also its showing the same... Hi,

I was working in an International BPO, in kolkata,Salt Lake for 7 months. Due to some personal problems I had to resign from the company, where I have served 1 month notice period. After I left the company and its time for my full & final settlement they denied to give me the same. The issue which they put was that I have shared my experience with that company in a social networking site, which they didn't like... this company yogam bpo for medical coding training and placement. That time mr. Sridhar told after training salary will be 12500. They have given placement with one mnc company immediately. My gross salary is rs. 13000, but my take home salary is only rs. 9600.
