[Resolved]  WIN BPO SOLUTIONS — Fraud / Fake Company - Legal action to be taken upon them

Hi,

I'm Khaleeq Khan from Hyderabad. With the Immense Glimpse and illusionary glory and propaganda of Win Bpo Solutions, I got inspired and with its big promises and took CI form filling project on 10th May. I have successfully accomplished the work and submitted in given time within 27 days and I was supposed to recieve payment of 45,000/- as promised but there on the payment date was been increased from 18th to 20th and then 25th of June 2012. Soon next day no body was coming on GTalk and mobile phones got switched off and finally their two websites servers were down and finally it proved to be a fake / fraud company who duped innocent people like us and took handsome amount and escaped with no payment intimation on an individual or group basis.

I've been waiting from 5 days and finally now I came to this conclusion that Winbpo solutions is a fraud / fake company who failed to give payments to their associates by letting them to work.

Since Win bpo solutions committed a heinous cyber crime in the ownership of Mr. Parthiban (Proprietor) and associate "Mr. Venkatesh" and it is bound to be punished as per cyber criminal court and I would request to take legal action against them and their company and put them behind the bars so that going forward no innocent legitimate home based worker would get fooled by this fraudsters.

Please take necessary action against these fraudsters and help me in getting my money 45,000 back for the work done.
