A A Potdar, Thane Traffic Police — not adhering to his duties correctly

I went in an atm to withdraw money which did not take more than 3 minutes and my moped parked in a no parking area was towed. The police guy did not announce as he stole the bike because he could take more time to complete the procedure than i took at the atm. When i explained this to him, he took bribe of inr 100 and asked me to leave. I expect him and other police officers to make sure they follow their rules first and impart their duties. Running behind money is called being a thief. I would like a reply as to what action is taken against him. I do not believe i will receive a response as i do not trust police.
