A New Payments App By Google - Tez — payment failed but money debited

I am using tez app from last 80days
On october 27th i transferred a money 200rs to my friend account but the transaction failed and my money also debited from my account and my friend not received any credit on that day so please refund my money back to my bank account my money is deducted on oct 27 now today is dec4 upto now my money is not refunded
My bank is state bank of india
Am using app google tez app
