Dear Dell, We have a Dell Inspiron 15-3521, S.Tag:- 5HSZ1X1 laptop with us. Its motherboard is damaged, we send it to authorized dell service center, they denied to get it repaired . Kindly get the laptop repaired or replace a new laptop if you can't repair it.ATTACHING THE NOTE FROM SERVICE CENTER IN WRITTEN THAT THEY CAN'T REPAIR THE LAPTOP.
