Request for Battery Replacement Under Warranty Due to Rapid Battery Health Degradation

Address: BHOPAL KASTURI ROYAL PARK PHASE 2 HOUSE NO.18

Within just two months of purchase, my battery health has dropped from 100% to 93%. What concerns me the most is that it dropped by 6% in just the last two days of normal use, and the total battery health loss has reached 7% in only 43 charge cycles. Along with this, the battery backup has reduced significantly and now lasts only around 1 hour even in Battery Saver mode with light usage.

Not booting the Dell Latitude 7350

OS install three times but system is not Booting, warranty also is there to the system. Then it's automatically it start and shut down also.

Problem with Desktop Screen

I have been contacting the dell helpline from a May 8th 2025 onwards, they are saying they are resolving but they are not doing anything actively to resolve it.
It's a high-end laptop which I have got and OS is not working properly, it is hanging a lot & heating a lot too and I have been getting windows error.

Misinformation about product before purchase and fraud

On 13/11/2023, I purchased a DELL laptop G15 5530. I was shown placard with specification 14 cores and 24 MB cache and for this specification configuration I purchased the laptop but after the purchase when I checked the properties in the Task Manager, it is showing 10 cores and 20 MB cache only.
