    Hi, my laptop has been lost/stolen.i have already filed FIR and talked with dell rep, she said, will send email id and ask some information but i did not get any response from dell side...so please help in this case.

        The 100% Battery is Draining within 1 Hour and the laptop is overheating in 5 minutes after opening.
        Both the problems is happening from starting but I thought it was happen to every laptop but it is not.
        The temperature of this laptop is 98 degrees.
        Please solve this problem within 2 days.

          Purchase a new Dell laptop a one month back. At first the laptop kept crashing occasionally and had started having a lot of problems.
          Having no choice left, we even did factory reset assuming that the setting will go to the normal. According to the BIOS diagnosis the laptop does not have any hard ware problem. The laptop seems to be working absolutely fine for a few days until it crashed completely showing no sign of life. it wouldn't turn on. The vendor has no solution to it except to open it. But we don't want to get it opened by him at any cost. So please refund our money.

            I am purchased laptop with an order number[protected] on 18 May 2020,
            with model number Inspiron 14 5000 Series - 5490 - From last one week my power supply adapter is not powering continuously for the same reason my laptop is internediately charging, once I move the adapter it starts charging again.

            Hence request you to advise on the further action.

              I have lodged a complain in Dell Technical support for my laptop, But they are denying to take responsibility even though my Laptop is in warranty period.

              My Laptop warranty will expire on 14.07.2021. And they are taking so causally about the Laptop Dismantling issue.

                  I ordered laptop from dell offical site but product is not good and its not full filled my expection so want return product and i called to cistomre care then they share mial id [protected]@dell.com, then i sent mail to shared mail id but any one not responce and i lost big amount.

                    I placed order in dell sales office on 16th june 2021, money was deducted on the spot from gpay even its showing from bank side that the money is deducted and company has received it. But the company, sales person and other people who are dealing are least bother. I dint received any mail from dell company. Neither i got any refund amount.I cant buy another laptop as my money is stuck. If i get it back i can buy Laptop . In this pandemic already suffering from finance . Dell company service pathetic in Mumbai ( kalyan east sales department )

                    got my money refund as i have given application in bank so got money which was stuck from 15 days. Very upset with service hope it won't hapen again

                    Hello, I got my problem resolved . From sales dept they forwarded my complain to head office to some sir through mail.
                    Once i receive my laptop i will remove complain from here . Thanks for replying.

                      I bought a new laptop from dell store online on 12th May.2021 Though instant cashback offer was there for UPI payments, I have not received the cashback until now. I have called them se real times and sent multiple emails with no response.
