Laptop model inspiron 15 bought vide bill no. D 910/2023-24, from computer aid bareilly

I had bought this laptop on 21 october 2023, its hinges on the right side of screen broken whinin 2 months, it was under warranty so those were replaced, warranty lapsed in sep 24, again on 7th july 2025 same hinges were again broken, I lodged it with your service centre in bareilly on 8th july, they again replaced the hinges and charged 7244/- from me, my complaint is this, that a product of such a reputed company like dell is broken 2 times...

Inspiron 14 Plus 7440

I have been contacting the dell helpline from a May 8th 2025 onwards, they are saying they are resolving but they are not doing anything actively to resolve it.
It's a high-end laptop which I have got and OS is not working properly, it is hanging a lot & heating a lot too and I have been getting windows error.
I have written mail several times to grievance officer too but my issue not resolved.

I have ordered dell pro compact silent keyboard and mouse - KM555. It has been 2-3 working days but I have neither received any order confirmation mail nor the order is showing on my orders on the site.

    Recently i replaced the Dell G3 laptop hinges with diaplay and display back and front panel at a cost of 6153/- at Dell official service centre on[protected], after part replacement ram also not working . on[protected] the hinges broken again means same issue . This issue not onlu mine many of gell g3 users posted the same issue in Dell Community forum, I asked the customer care they said that product only 90 days warranty, this warranty period not informed me at the replacement of the part through voice i think they mentioned at terms and conditions, i say i will proceed legal action they say that youre product is out of warranty and product warranty period over we cannto provide free service you need to pay and get a service i asked more than 6 times they say that we are not provide a free service i addred many of the users facing same issue also i send a legal notice you can refer now any how this main harware product atleast sustain 8 months how many times i need to replace at a cost of 6153/-

      On 4/10/2024 I purchased a computer and paid for online. After payment received by Dell, they cancelled the purchase and withheld the refund.
      I requested a refund immediately and I was informed that it takes between 5 and 7 days to process. Now it's over a month and still no refund.
      They haven't told me a reason why the delay except to say it's bee raised.
      I'm afraid if I seek legal help I have to pay lawyers
      with my refund and I end up losing my money.
      What can I do except ask for your help.

        I am unable to make a USB w/ Dell's Ubuntu, even though my laptop came with Ubuntu pre-installed. When using Dell's Dell's recovery tool, I get the message "No OS images for the tag, though images exist for this product."

        Tried Everything but nothing work like going to store, contacting support, etc

          Warranty Change from US to India done but no offer for renewal

          Dear Sir/Madam,

          Talked with Ms Anisha Gupta, who seems away but no one is giving offer for renewal while the warranty is transfered and the documents/photos of the laptop and condition, invoice already mailed.

          Upto today, no offer, what to do or else work without warranty.
          Laptop is used for home purpose.

          Harassment by service

          Greetings of the day!
          My name is Manish Dhawan and I have a Dell laptop of model XPS 13.3 9310 with i7 processor, 32 GB RAM and 1 TB SSD. I also have an extended warranty till April 2024.
          I am harassed by the way Dell technical team handed the complaint. The dell higher authorities did not bother to resolve the case. I already mailed many times to the higher authorities but the reply will be given only by the escalation team...

          I bought a Dell Aio and wanted to return the system since the day I received it because it started giving audio problems. I wanted to initiate a return return but I couldn't do it by myself nor would anyone from Dell help me out. Even after calling them out on social media, they would not help me. I've also started to get this terrible pain behind my eyes when I use it. After complaining on the national consumer forum, someone from their Advanced Resolutions team finally called but they would not accept a return without taking a restocking fee. Despite my pleading with them I literally cannot afford the fee which is more than 18 thousand rupees.

          I am so exhausted. I cannot even do anything because the burden of buying this device has fallen on me. I'm worried that the prolonged use of this Dell AIO would exacerbate the pain I'm facing.

          I really do not know what to do.

              A cluster red vertical lines have appeared in the far-right hand side of the screen just above the power button. This seems to be an wide spread issue with the dell monitors from what I read in the internet forums. Dell is refusing to address the concern.

                  Misinformation about product before purchase and fraud

                  On 13/11/2023, I purchased a DELL laptop G15 5530. I was shown placard with specification 14 cores and 24 MB cache and for this specification configuration I purchased the laptop but after the purchase when I checked the properties in the Task Manager, it is showing 10 cores and 20 MB cache only.                   On 26.09.2023 I reported about screen monitor that got blackened and it was reported to DELL Service Support and the monitor was replaced on 29.09.2023 by DELL service support technician.

                  After they leaving [until service time the laptop was running in battery] when it was plugged for AC mains connection the laptop didn't get switched power on and when on 30.09.2023 being Saturday no Dell Support is available.

                  I have given an online complaint in this regard. As I totally rely on laptop for the studies as all course materials, test materials etc are available in online mode only. As exams are to start on 8th Oct 2023 gets completed on 15th Oct 2023

                  The previous service complaint took three days for completion and immediate next complaint arose. Kindly replace the laptop with a newer such that it doesn't spoil studies.

                  Following are queries

                  Does DELL India maintain stocks of parts for anything they sell ? If yes why delay in service schedule ? postponing at will If not why they sell those products ?

                  Is selling and service practices adopted by DELL India benchmarks to DELL Inc ?

                  Why DELL India expresses concerns and repeatedly mentions it has forwarded the complaint to internal team/service team etc, The fact emerges from continuous communication is that DELL India doesn’t possess the part required.

                  Do you think any customer will pay and accept that DELL India a MNC company selling inferior products and provides worst service.
