A. Venu Gopal — non installation and not getting any confirmation call

I a. Venugopal paid for rupees 2100 on 7/2/2019 through paytm mr hariprasad [protected] he says that 700 refunded and three months free
Then only i paid but he says that only only month free no any refund but still no any confirmation call received from your side and he given all fake contact numbers like [protected]/[protected] kindly clarify the same immediately
