Today on 12th May 2025 i had done transcation with your gateway from my bank account to pay my LIC Renewal due to LIC Policy account.
My payment debited from my bank accout but not Received by LIC and showed that to failed.I have attached further soft copy for details.Please help

    Dear Sir/Madam,

    I am writing to lodge a formal complaint against Paytm regarding the wrongful deduction of sound box rentals from our account despite having returned the sound box.

    We, Prince Pan Centre, situated in Netaji Subhash Marg, Darya Ganj, Delhi, handed over the sound box (Number 2902) to a Paytm representative who visited our shop. Despite this, Paytm has failed to update their system to reflect the return of the sound box and continues to charge us rentals erroneously. Whenever we lodge a complaint, they ask us for the details of the person who picked up the sound box. The status of the box clearly shows as inactive on the application (screenshot attached), however the company keeps charging us for the box rentals.

    Numerous attempts have been made to contact Paytm to resolve this issue. However, our complaints have gone unanswered, and the unethical deductions continue. This has caused undue stress to use.
    We have attached the screenshots of the multiple tickets opened with Paytm customer care and the soundbox details in the Paytm application.

    We request the forum to intervene in this matter and direct Paytm to rectify their system, stop the wrongful deductions, and refund the deducted amounts. We also seek compensation for the harassment and inconvenience caused by Paytm's negligence. Whenever we lodge a complaint, they keep asking us for the name and details of the person who picked up the box.

      I made a transaction on Rapido captain app via my phonepe Upi app on the date of 25-jun-2024. After the amount is debited in my phonepe Upi app. But not reflected in Rapido captain app. Rapido captain customer Support told, we didn't receive the amount from our end. And Phonepe customer support told, our side we have successfully transferred to the Rapido merchant. In between the situation I don't know where is my amount ?

        Unacceptable Delays, Account Suspension, and Denial of Compensation for Paytm Jackpot Prize Delivery**

        **Complaint:**

        I am filing this complaint against Paytm for several significant issues related to my Paytm Jackpot prize

        1. **Unacceptable Delays in Prize Delivery:**
        - I won the Paytm Jackpot prize and was informed about it on January 30, 2024.
        - Despite multiple follow-ups, I only received my prize on July 1, 2024, after nearly 5 months of waiting and continuous communication issues.
        - Initially, I was promised delivery by May 2024, but the prize was delayed without any proper communication.

        2. **Misinformation and Poor Communication:**
        - On June 7, I was incorrectly informed that my order was placed on June 7, but it was actually placed on June 19.
        - On June 13, I was promised docket details by June 18, but received no updates and faced ignored calls and emails.
        - On June 19, I was once again misinformed about the order date.

        3. **Failure to Address Complaints:**
        - Despite raising multiple complaints on the complaint site and other platforms, there was no resolution.
        - Paytm support did not respond promptly to my emails or calls, and I had to resort to escalating the issue on social media, which led to the suspension of my X account. This suspension has caused me further inconvenience and loss.

        4. **Refusal to Provide Compensation:**

        - After finally receiving my prize on July 1, 2024, I requested compensation for the undue stress, time, and effort caused by the delays and poor service.
        - Paytm initially responded with apologies but ultimately refused to provide any compensation, stating they have taken my comments into account for future improvements.

        **Details of the Request:**

        - I am seeking fair compensation for the inconvenience, stress, and extensive time spent on resolving this matter.
        - The delay of nearly 5 months, misinformation, and poor customer support have significantly impacted my experience.
        - The suspension of my X account has further added to my losses and inconvenience.

        **Desired Resolution:**

        - Immediate provision of the requested compensation.
        - Clear communication from Paytm on how they plan to address such issues in the future to prevent similar experiences for other customers.

        **Additional Points:**

        - As per Paytm's terms and conditions for the Jackpot prize, timely delivery and customer satisfaction are key, and the failure to adhere to these has resulted in a breach of trust.

          We using Paytm card swiping machine from approximately 2021. Thursday 27.6.2024 my card machine doest not switch on. Facing some issues. I inform to Paytm customer care. They told to not possible to service the device u buy upgrade the machine. That cost is nearly 3500+ GST. They give hope to resolve the issues within 24 hrs to 48 hrs. Today chennai T-nagar Paytm service team company name is PeeTeeM executive contact me to new machine is arrival and ask me to give the appointment.. that person come my place give the new machine.. bt that machine is not a new one. It's a refurbished product. I ask the service person and TL VINOTH they didnt give the proper explanation and they try to cheat me. Till now machine not received and Paytm customer care won't call me about product.. without swiping machine I lose my business nearly 80000 rs within 3 days.

              This is regarding deductions from my Paytm Bank account for a product, specifically the Paytm Sound Box, which I neither ordered nor received.

              Since March of this year, I have diligently reached out to their customer care executives, reporting these unauthorized deductions and seeking resolution. Despite my repeated attempts to address this matter, I have encountered nothing but delays and unsatisfactory responses, often consisting of vague excuses.

              It is deeply concerning that these deductions persist despite my efforts to rectify the situation. I wish to emphasize that I have neither authorized nor received any delivery of the Paytm Sound Box to my address. Therefore, these deductions are not only unauthorized but also unjustifiable.

                  My father is a auto driver and he is not educate after 10th and today is all sector going to digital my father is did not known online app for accept payment for passenger and he is install paytm and one day he stand on his daily stop to pick passenger and a salesman came and he is telling can you need the paytm box and he is saying the benefit of this box there is only 1 rs daily charge in one month after 300 payments successfully but he is laying he give the box and he erase the barcode backside on this box no one can find the salesman and no one can return this box and complaint against him .after some day the massage will come in the mobile by bank to deduct money by the paytm the money is 250rs and msg come again and again my father saying me to return this box and stop the process of this box because he is not using this box and i will call to paytm and costumer care saying tell me your barcode and he is saying the barcode is backside in the box and i am saying there is no barcode your salesman is remove that he is saying your box is not return and my father is not using paytm but the money deduct every month he will unistall paytm

                      I ordered a FastTag for a family car on the 16th of March 2024. It's promised delivery date was on the 27th of the same month. It has been a day since the expected delivery date. And I haven't been able to contact them regarding this. I simply want to know when it is actually coming, why is it delayed. But all I got are corporate redirections. It has been frustrating. A company should have a clear customer support that can explain any delays instead of leaving the consumer in the dark. Please look into this.

                        I placed an order from PayTm ONDC food delivery on 4th March 2024 11:56AM, and its been more than 3 hours (4th March 2024 3:41 PM) and the delivery is not done. The customer support Chat agent is not responding to any request for status update. There is no number to call, and they have not done a cancel and refund of the amount either. Absolutely No Way to Contact. Pathetic customer support. Do not use PayTm, all they are interested is in getting the money and then no status updates or response.

                          I have a dermatology clinic in Bengaluru and I have a business account with paytm for receiving payments using QR code. I do receive payments from the customer almost daily. On 17th February a patient tried to make transaction of rupees 4114 on Phonepay at 7.46 pm at my clinic Akshatha skin and Hair Care centre, koramnagala . The transaction wasn't successful and was shown as pending. I asked the patient to make a payment feom different app. He tried with Google Pay app for 4114 rupees at 7.55 pm and it was successful. So, the amount 4114 feom gpay was shown in the paytm business payments on 17th Feb that was settled to my bank account on 18th Feb 2024. I got a call from the patient that the pending phonepay payment was completed as successful at the late hours of 17th Feb night and he shared the details of the payment with the screenshot. So, paytm received two payments of 4114 rupees feom the patient and settled only one to my account and cheating one payment of 4114 rupees. Patient asked me for refund of one if the payments
                          I raised the issue with the paytm and they raise the ticket and show it as resolved without doing anything. Since paytm business app doesn't show up the transaction from the phone pay, I can't search for the said transaction on paytm business app. I mailed the details to paytm. They are just sleeping. It's such a simple issue that paytm should have settled two transactions of the amount to my bank but they simply looted the amount and kept quiet. Think if customers who do not keep track of their transcations status of pending transactions which become successful later on. I had problem earlier as well where paytm simply showed a customer's transaction as refunded without my knowledge and sent a mail. I checked mail and asked them with whose permission they refunded. Immediately the amount was transferred back.
                          Paytm should Immediately settle the amount 4114 rupees to me and pay damages of 10000 rupees for the same.

                              I am writing to inform you about a payment issue that I am facing with Paytm Postpaid service. I have re-paid all the amount 22, 137 on 5th & 6th January 2024 that was due on my Paytm Postpaid account, but still 6, 848.9 amount is showing to pay on the app. This is causing me inconvenience and confusion.

                              I request you to kindly check and rectify this issue as soon as possible. Please confirm that my Paytm Postpaid account is clear of any dues and update the app accordingly. I have attached the screenshot of my payment history.

                              My Paytm registered mobile number is [protected]. Please contact me on this number or reply to this email if you need any further information or clarification.

                              They are calling me continuously from the last many days and asking me to pay the bill that I have already paid, I tried to convince them that I have paid the amount but still it's showing some amount to pay when I didn't spend why the amount is showing, It must be a technical error kindly check but still no response.

                                I purchased a gift voucher of Titan Company worth Rs.4900 from Paytm for making a purchase in a Titan Store on 22nd February 2024. However, I was not provided with the necessary information to avail the voucher and was not able to redeem it. As of now, it has been more than 10 days and I have been constantly trying to get in touch with the Paytm customer support team but haven’t been able to. There is no genuine customer contact number of Paytm and they either do not reply or make false claims that the issue will be solved by end of the day. I still haven’t received the refund for the gift voucher as of 3rd February 2024
