A2b Restaurant Vaiyampadi Outlet — Iorn spring found in food

Hi,

I had food in A2B Vaniyambadi restaurant which is in NH44. In the ordered food found a iorn spring. Showed the same to the manager of restaurant. What if it is consumed by kids and people? This is a huge risk to their life.

People believe the A2B outlet standards, This issue can not be acceptable. I am requesting food authorities to review this restaurant functionality.
