A2zroomz — Imposition as boking.com representative and fraudulent reservation

I had booked two rooms at Neel Nirjane Resorts, Mandarmani, West Bengal for 11th to 12th june 2022 on 24th May 2022 through an online portal booking.com.As they were unable to validate the my credit card for payment and hence final confirmation, although they mailed me the confirmation details via email, I reached them at the mentioned WhatsApp number for the payment link.Number[protected].They told us that the room I have booked has already been sold out and due to some technical error the same was not updated in the website and they will look for some other room .I said okay and they asked me to make payment and confirm the same and share the account details.I asked for the room confirmation and they told me that will be shared once the payment was confirmed and when I sent the payment confirmation, they sent the confirmation of my booking but it was of some other hotel called 300M from beach glorias hotel beach view and the agent name was showing as a2zrooms.When I asked for the details like outside photos of the room, they havent sent the same even after many hours of wait and when I finally googled the hotel and reach out for cancellations they said it will take time.I mailed and WhatsApp them that I was booked into a hotel without mentioning all the details and the one in which I have been booked I dont like and hence I want to cancel the same, they didnt gave any positive response.
