On 20th of November i made an booking of two night stay from 24th to 26 knowing while talking over on phone with one of your executive Name-Pawan Sharma ph-no([protected]) as according he directing me with the hotels I finalized one of your tagged hotels name (Lily Guest house) showing all my booking details and with your agency providing me all my necessary knowings
As I was asked to pay the full amount in advance as it was very hard to find hotels at that point, so as an trustworthy customer I paid full advance payment of my upcoming booking,
explaining you the real issue on 23rd November there had been an unknowing event took place in the border line of Assam and Meghalaya results to which there had been an massacre and interstate dispute among the native peoples, lead to which I was very risky to land on the grounds of Assam knowing the current situation that was going around looking which I calmly called to Mr Pawan sharma letting him know the situation but after that his whole attitude towards me was changed telling me that the agency won't help me out regarding knowing the situation and not helping me to coup with the situation making me completely helpless and not willing to talk about my asking of REFUNDING my payment...

As an unknow situation took place due which the loss that i am facing of 15000 i would request to have an refund on that...

I had booked two rooms at Neel Nirjane Resorts, Mandarmani, West Bengal for 11th to 12th june 2022 on 24th May 2022 through an online portal booking.com.As they were unable to validate the my credit card for payment and hence final confirmation, although they mailed me the confirmation details via email, I reached them at the mentioned WhatsApp number for the payment link.Number[protected].They told us that the room I have booked has...

I booked in Gurung Guest House listing in booking.com on 07-Oct-20.

On 13-Oct-20, the listing tried background payment on my credit card that got declined. Then I contacted the phone number shared in the email and payment link was shared to me, and I paid Rs.6679 while being on the call with him.

On 17-Oct-20, my friend shared me a facebook link stating some invalid booking are being made through booking.com...
