My self rajesh sharma [protected] . Have taken karbon titanium octane set imei no [protected], 3 month ago, but within 20 days its start having display problem, on 16.01.2015 i have submitted the handset to there customer care center, faridabd having contact no. [protected],[protected] has submitted that set and asure me to rectify the problem within 15 day with job card no. Kjasphsr002115k8641i . After 15 days when i vistied that center they said we have sent the set to our center you keep updating with the status over phone, but now this conversation goes so long that it tooks 3 month every time i call them they give the same answer that within 15 days it will will be deliverd to you
Pls resolve the issue
