Plz frnds dont buy karbon k 9 smart phone from snapdeal or karbon centre becoz i buy a karbon k9 smart phone from snapdeal but after few days i got soo many problem like too hot swtich off etc. As per snap deal customer excutive i submit my mobile in karbon centre. But now 15 days above i am not getting phone. Contect karbon centre at agartala and call kabon customer exucative so many time but as per customer care its already delivered but...

I am Siddharth Gupta from ambala cantt., Haryana. Because of shortage of space i bought a 32 gb memory card . It did not worked after inseating it. I called karbon costumer care they said that please visit our service centre .they gave me its mobile no. with address .i rang 1st one, they said that karbon service is no longer with them so I ranged 2nd one, they didnt picked m phone after manier tries . so i had no option to return my card...

I bought karbon A202 mobile on 23.9.15.with in 1 week phone got problem i sumitted it to united care chennai tamilnadu branch on 3.10.15(jib no -KUASCTNoo4J3858) still no responce from there when i will get my phone .please take further action from your side ....

after one day the touch was damaged(mean touch not working)so i was go to the tirur servies station and hand over the phone
he told me we will recieve a replacement letter in 1 day.so i was wait 3 days ago
i can't get the letter still that moment .
