Aaa Vehicleades — CAR RC NOT PROVIDED AFTER 110 DAYS GONE

Hi, I have purchased a car (SWIFT VDI ) from AAA Vehicleades, ( Add. F1/189, Savitri Nagar, Pancheel, Malvia Nagar Road, New Delhi - 110017, Ph #[protected] on dated: 25th of Dec 2014 but still I haven't received the RC (Registration Certificate ) from them, Approx. 110 days gone . As per them it'll take another 7-10 days. I know it that it'll not come in next 10days because since last one n half month they are commit like this.. Since I have already paid approx. Rs.6000/- to DP for non compliance of vehicle Act. Although I don't have any challan from DP.. It was paid by cash in various time. Money loss is not the issue here but mentally I'm so disturb now - even some time I refer public transport because of above issues. Requesting you, if you can do something to get the RC faster..
