[Resolved]  Aaa Vehicleades — complaint against the AAA VEHICLEADES for the inconvenience and irresponsible behaviors

My name is Dhananjay Car Model: Wagonr Stingray Car No:DL9C-AD-4686 My complaint : - I would like to complaint against the AAA VEHICLEADES (Maruti Authorized Service center) This is to inform you that I have a car which had an accident. It was broken back Glass, & a Small dent on back. So I have given to AAA VEHICLEADES at kirti Nagar. The person is Mr. Rai. Who is authorized person of AAA VEHICLEADES. He ensure me that it'll be completely fine. (If it need to change or paint. It will be done.).he gave me delivery date of 29/06/2014. There are no any call till 29/06/2014.I reached there at 4P.M. He said to me car went to service station for washing. Just Wait 10to15 minute. It will be ready. We said that I will came back in 1 hour. When I came back at 6P.M.. I saw my car looking is not good. There are so much dust on car (inner and outer side). That time I saw some lines are on it. Back side bumper is so lose. Paint is not good and there are some dot lines there. It was looking like road chhap pain. After that I asked to authorized person that my car is ready. He said that car is ready to delivery. Please check and take it. Then I showed everything to that person. I was disagree to take the car. He said that Please meet to my senior. I agreed. His Senior understood my word and trying to cleaning & solve the problems. That time I open back door (Dickey). I found one piece of plastic is broken where the back door are lock. After some discussion. He agree to replace that part. And I leave my car there. Till Date there are no any answer and call from your side . During this period I have spent a lot of money on travel & other things because of the inconvenience. The staff was not concern about the inconvenience that the customer is going through for so many days. I would like to complaint against the AAA VEHICLEADES ( MARUTI AUTHORIZED SERVICE STATION) for the inconvenience that I have gone through & the Money that I have lost because of the irresponsible behaviors by the staff, & I want appropriate compensation from that Maruti Suzuki.
