Aachho Jaipur — No refund/ credit note of product

I had made order from subject company for suit with order number 116111, i asked for refund because quality of product is very poor. they said they can provide me with credit note.
They are not responding now. they are neither providing me with refund nor any credit note.
I am tired of writing to them again and again but i am getting no response
