I have ordered a suit set on 17.01.2024
Order id - 286598. But I haven't received it yet.

I placed an order for a suit on aachho Jaipur website on 02/01/2024. Order number was 269407. It’s been more than 1.5 months and product has not been shipped. The company refuses to refund amount.
This product has not been received :

Yellow Goldfinch Handblock Sharara Set - S

Total: ₹ 6, 999.00

On top of this GST was charged additionally

Company is not responding even after I called multiple times

Despite regular calls and emails product not delievered .i ordered product on 22/08/23 and still after 1.5months product is not shipped or made yet

Placed 2 months back for a function

Order has still not shipped.

Really hard to contact these people. tried all the ways they do not respond

Kindly help me get a refund, I dont want their product any more.

My order number is 164333. 2 products out of the three are torn and all the products are of a very poor quality which is not even wearable. Now when I am following up for return they are not replying on emails and they have charged INR 700 just for return pick up. This is ridiculous and extremely uncalled for to waste customers money for everything.

They are neither issuing return / refund. And there is no response for emails.

I have placed an order on 14 th September with order id 139495 from aachho's fresh arrivals worth 5, 640 for 1st time and they delivered the wrong product worth 3400 from sale to me. After my complaint they arranged a pick up and the wrong order got picked up on 30th September. Now it's been 27 days from the date I've placed the order and till now there's no update. Everytime I call them they say your wrong order is still in transit and your correct product will only get shipped after they receive the wrong one in their warehouse. I placed the order according to the time limit given at aachho's page. I have ordered the product to wear on a particular occasion but now I have no hope that I will get it on time. They pick calls according to their convenience. You have to continuously call them, then may be they will pick your call after 5-6 calls. They reply very late on chat or sometimes there's no reply from them and now I don't even see the chat option anymore on their page. There will be no status update on aachho's page, you will always be confused that where is your order or where hell is your money gone. They will give you zero updates regarding your order. You will never get your order on time. But if your order is on time that means you will receive the wrong product and the real torture from their side starts now. You will be tortured for your correct order and if they delay the right product, which they definitely will then you have to wait for the product even when the occasion you've ordered for is gone because there's no refund policy. They will not provide you refund for the mistake they have done. Just don't buy from this fraud brand. I will never buy from aachho again. Never ever.

Regarding order number 116111, the company never had intention to provide me with refund.
If the company is making/delivery the product which i cannot wear due to poor quality, why should i waste money.
please help me with return of the product and provide me with refund or credit note.
They are creating unnecessary conditions every now and then.

Aachho jaipur is a very famous website on instagram . It’s a collection of ethnic clothes. I paid for the order and only receive one part of the order . Now they are not responding my mails and calls . It’s been almost a month.
