Dear Concerns,
I'm filing a complaint on Aadhar Housing Finance magob, surat branch staff and customer care staff.
I require documents to transfer home loan balance to other financial company as aadhar is charging high amount of interest so i have called to customer care and asked how can i get the documents they told me that i need to visit to my respective branch and pay the fees for the documents and i will get the documents on mail.
I do stay in mumbai and my branch is located in magob, surat so requested to accept an online payment but they refuse it so i have visited to branch and paid Rs. 590 for the documents the executive told me that i will received documents on mail after 7 days hence i have return back to mumbai.
I made the payment on[protected] but till date i have not received documents. I have called to customer care and now they refusing to send the documents on mail also called the branch executive but some one received a call and given branch manager number as the executive has left the organization. I'm also following up with branch manager but not getting any positive response.
Hence finally I'm filing complaint here, please help me to get the documents. I will be glad for your early response.
