Dear Concerns,

I'm filing a complaint on Aadhar Housing Finance magob, surat branch staff and customer care staff.

I require documents to transfer home loan balance to other financial company as aadhar is charging high amount of interest so i have called to customer care and asked how can i get the documents they told me that i need to visit to my respective branch and pay the fees for the documents and i will get the documents on mail.

I do stay in mumbai and my branch is located in magob, surat so requested to accept an online payment but they refuse it so i have visited to branch and paid Rs. 590 for the documents the executive told me that i will received documents on mail after 7 days hence i have return back to mumbai.

I made the payment on[protected] but till date i have not received documents. I have called to customer care and now they refusing to send the documents on mail also called the branch executive but some one received a call and given branch manager number as the executive has left the organization. I'm also following up with branch manager but not getting any positive response.

Hence finally I'm filing complaint here, please help me to get the documents. I will be glad for your early response.

    Respected Sir/Mam,

    I had taken a Home Loan from Aadhar Housing Finance Limited, Rewa (M.P) under Pradhan Mantri Awas Yojana in year 2018. Till date, I haven't received its urban home loan subsidy whereas I have submitted all the required documents twice at their Rewa branch office. At the time of processing the home loan, they said that you will receive the subsidy benefit within 6 months.

    From last 4 years, I have taken various steps to communicate them through calls and email but havn't got any solution from their side. They always say documents are in process you will receive the subsidy. I want to know how long I have to wait for the same. Now, I am finding difficulty in paying the emi of the loan @ 15% after the impact of two covid waves. Also none of the banks are charging this high rate of interest.

    Therefore, I request you to please raise a complaint against them and take immediate required action against them.

      I Vikash nande invested in NCD of Aadhar housing finance ltd on Sep 2018 for period of 03 years and the same has been matured in Oct 2021. I am writing this subject on 09 Nov 2021, till date matured amount of NCD Not yet received . Pl take necessary action.

        My self pundliik ladu gavade and approved loan account no. Is 00372827, and disbursed amount is 1457765/- rs. And received sanction letter for the same. And 1st installment debit my bank account, so i confirm the loan sanction, then after i paid the down payments other party 5 lakh.
        After lockdown slow i visit the office of aadhar finance and mr. Ranjan he told me your home loan is cancelled and give application from me for the cancelled, loan my 1st installment debit my account but till date not a received me. And i have paid the amount administrative charges around 33993/-.
        I have not received any call for the same loan cancelled and letter, but now showing in my cibil report the same and my cibil report showing the down… and unable to apply any other bank home loan.
        I have also fill-up the pradhan mantri awas yojana form. If it is approve so this amount credit that account.
        Request you please provide my taken money with 13% interest. Till date.

We have informed ahfl but their recovery agency badly harrased borrower and their family. Lastly ahfl misuse of security cheques of home loan and filled cheque bouncing case in other states chandigarh. Our clients taken loan in mumbai flats in nearby mumbai but cheque...

          I am suneeta jatav, i applied to loan of rs. 10 lacs from your vidisha branch (M. P.) for purchasing plot and construction house about 2 years ago. I gave 33 thousands rupees in cash and 10 chaques. After that branch manager has been withdrawn rs. 17838 from my account to thrre times by chaques. I don't have any information about my loan yet and the branch manager is not providing any information regarding loan. For one year, the branch manager was telling refund to the money but he is not back. They are making different types of excuses and his behavior is very dirty. I went to the vidisha branch several times to regarding loan but he goes away from the branch by making excuses. I want the whole money back with interest, please be my money back soon.

            My loan amout is rs, 1423390/- from ahfl

            Sanction application no. 00136753 dated : 21/06/2017.

            Applicants name : vinali vinayakbhai mukadam
            Co-ap name : vandit vinayak mukadam
            Vishrant vinayak mukadam
            Vinayak sitaram mukadam

            As per rule pradhan mantri awas yojana, subsidy, till date we have not receive subsidy.

            Ahfl charged roi 13%.. It is very high and we will paying 17589/- every month so request you to reduce roi.

            Please let me know what is the status of my loan subsidy

              My name is vikas kumar i had applied for home loan purchase from aadhar housing finance, rajpur road dehradun (Uttrakhand) branch on december 2016 and i paid the application fee 5750/- rs.
              Property is located in premnagar dehradun (Uttrakhand) and my family lives in premnagar dehradun but i worked in noida so i stayed there. The bank staff told me your you do not have 1 year experience in the same company so need to wait till the time you complete 6 month in the same organization and every month they told me come to bank and submit new document.in the month of feb they told me your loan is approved from the bank in the amount of 230000/- rs. But later on they told me your legal report is not valid you have to wait for new legal report. Every 15 days they told me you have to sumbit new document some time new bank statement, some time noc from seller, noc from
              Muncipal coporation etc. Every month i used to came dehradun every month i spend[protected]/- rs as fare of bus but they are keep saying you loan is in under process and 3 month they told me your application is expire. You need to apply once again and this time they told me to pay 2600/- rs as file charge again i submit the document and last month they told me your application has been reject from the bank we cannot provide you loan try with different. Bank and told me that we will refund you fee that amount you have paid. I wrote a application to them and they told me aftee 15 days you will get check of 7000/-rs but in first week of april they told me that bank will not refund your money, even branch manager misbehave with my father and me.
              I would request you please take a disiplinary action against them and help me to get my money back.. Since last year they harrahsed me every month i spend[protected]/- rs and at the end they told me to try with different bank worst bank service i have ever seen. They bank staff are unprofessional, they do not work like a bank employe even they lies to every one

                Hello my name is tarak makwana.in february i have applied for a loan against property in aadhar housing finance ltd. At the time of application i saw all the document they needed, and also given a cheque of 5750/-, at that time the agent told me that they will get the approval by the end of february and i will get the loan amount. So i have started the process, as day goes by they wanted more and more document and i provided not to mention to get those document i need to pay. After getting all document they said their advocate will give a title clear certificate and i will get my loan sanctioned. The advocate took 1 month to give certificate not to mention to get that certificate i have to pay him.

                The main reason i needed a loan was to buy a machineries for my business. As i was not able to full fill the orders i was required to by the machineries with out machineries my business will not run and i cant pay my credit card bills.

                So after 3 month passed they told me that there is a credit card overdue that i already paid and delaying more and more resulting lose in business.

                Contacted 3 to 4 times in toll free number but no response
