I am cheated for rs5000/- by the aads education centre, punjagutta.
I had paid an advance of rs5000/- for 6 sigma course after repeated phone calls by their staff but after the payment they have changed in the training dates which were not convenient for me.
I requested for a refund of my advance rs5000/- by making over callsand finally went to office on saturday dec 22. Where i got assurance from a manager, that he would raise a refund request, however, he didn't. I have dropped an email on dec 22nd to their accounts and sr. Ops team to issue full refund
