[Resolved]  Aads Education — Not conducted training after payment confirmation

As communicated and per my enrolement, i had arrived at the said venue at 9:00 am ist and asked about the training session at reception, and they confirmed that no such sessions had been conducted at their venue. I immediately called the coordinator on[protected] and explained the same. She too confirmed that she would give me a call back in 2 minutes. I was waiting at the reception for her response, but even after 20 mins no response. When i called back no response. I immediately called the aads support number on[protected] he transferred to some other person. I got a call from[protected] that person too confirmed that he/she would call back in 2 mins. But no response.
I understand, for some reasons the sessions might have cancelled or postponed, but for courtesy i the attendee would expect at least confirmation from you. Or at least there should be some response when i called. But even after 1.30 hours no response from anyone.
