Aaj Tak — common man beating on ration card felony and not giving ration

Dear Sir
I am writing to complain about that I am a resident of Sangam Vihar and inside my Sangam Vihar, a ration card dealer is distributing ration from his arbitrarily and he is not giving ration to the common man, Gives and does not, and if the common man speaks something against him then he kills the man badly, when a common man raised his voice in front of me, he took the man in and killed him. They have a picture of killing common man.

For these reasons We are unable to do anything and the rationing dealer is snatching the right of common man from his arbitrariness. Please help us.
