We are a senior couple (retired OCIs) trying to make India, our home but the difficulties that a common person still faces are a sure deterrent. The local electricity department in Gurugram sent us an exaggerated bill for our apartment (only a couple living in it) in Oct 2020, which would be even high for a medium size industry. We have been struggling to get it corrected even since that time without any success. Each time we visit that office there are hundreds of people in confined space showing no respect to COVID protocol. Last time we got COVID infection from there and were lucky to make recovery. Hence, we now decided to seek redress on their E-portal. I am very disappointed to point out that government departments are not ready for smart e-governance. I have requested for redressal of grievance via e-mails to:

• Local DHBVN office for complaints
• The Regional office
• Managing Director of DHBVN
• Energy Secretary of Haryana
• Energy Minister of the state
• Chief Minister’s office.
Unfortunately, I have not heard from any one of them. On the contrary, someone who may have looked at it was so upset that he decided to teach me a lesson for complaining and now they increased the bill amount to almost double of what was already an amount far too high for a residential apartment.

Our neighbors suggest that we should simply look for someone to bribe in the electricity office and this would be resolved in minutes. I am not sure if I would ever succumb to such ill practices. By the way, this is just to let you know the ground reality.

DHBVN is demanding Rs 89, 786 from me

Without my request Bajaj Finserv in collaboration with RBL Bank issued a credit card in my name in Jan 2021 with was delivered to my address and from the next day RBL Bank starts charging and given an invoice of 25000 INR till now, we start requesting both company to cancel this card as soon as possible but no action has been taken till now. Even this card is not used a single time. Above to all these the main thing is that i was not even in India when this card was issued, the question is who sign request form on behalf of me, this is straight away forgery and cheating. SHO of police station said, that we will do you just go your home.we will take action.we came to our house.after trusting the police.the police did not come even once to inquire while we reported it by name.then whenever we asked the police so we used to say that we will take action.please don't take any tension then we came home.
Then our girl around noon 1pm, 08/08/2020 is released by the perpetrator in a field.some people of the village shouted, then we went there .my baby girls condition was very serious.she was scared and scared.her eyes got swollen.after about 5minutes the police came to our house.they starting enquiring from my baby girl .she said that sir they scare me with a gun, knife.then police took my wife and my girl with them at patiyali police station. We went to patiyali police station the other day, the sho(Shailendra Kumar Gautam) gave us medical and fir reports.we told them what our girl told us but they did not listen to us. The time and date given on the medical report they have given is 7:50pm on 08/08/2020 .while at that time we were all present in the police station.the sho did not tell us anything .how did the medical become so fast and how did the report gets so quickly.we had a case in court too, but the culprit cancelled the file from the court.we called the police.after a while the police came but by then, the culprits ran away.The police went away.The culprits later came back and started abusing us.we called the police again and we came .we went to the patiyali police station with the police.whatever abuses the culprits gave us was as much audio recording as we could get, we went and told the sho a sad incident, but he told us, you are lying.we told them that we have audio recording, so he said that I want video recording not audio .we told him when culprits was firing from the front, how could we make a video. SHO said that the firing is only to kill someone, is not it?even if those people kill you, you will not be able to spoil them.i went to register the report, the sho made me sit inside and did not listen to me.The sho refused to register the report, we came home disappointed.our application was taken by prempal on 12/09/2020 after doing a lot of prayer while the event is dated 06/09/2020.The police did not take any action on him. Not once did the police come to the criminal for questioning.even today, we ask the police respond that the process is on, we are still being mislead.
Me and my nephew went to the police station on 06/10/2020 to inquire whether you will do anything but the sho said you will not get anything from here.we came out of the police station.we were standing outside when the sho came from behind and snatched my nephew's phone and accused us of recording so we said that you see, we have not done any recording of you. They saw that there was no recording in it but the sho reset the whole phone and talked to the ill- fated and said today, you have come to the police station, after today the vote is visible around thane.our recording of the incident on 06/09/2020 was in the phone and some important documents.but the sho finished everything by resetting the phone, but we saved that data in another device, so it is safe.we came home quickly.
My question is if the sho not taken Money then why did they call the girl a lie and make a video with false statements and take no action.whilr peas were so serious.The accused are roaming freely.Today, why did the police not come to the house of the accused for questioning even once.we are still staying with the fear in the house.we have sent the girls of our house in kinship only because of fear.How long will the girls in our house be in relationship?
I request you with folded hands that my girl gets justice and her accused should be punished.This case should be investigated again and her statements should be recast correctly and strict actions should be taken against the perpetrator.The accused are being charged on the crime and are roaming freely.why did the police do this, we don't know.even today the police mislead us that we take action.we have been very upset with the police behaviour. The question of the life of my girl child is to be given justice and her accused have to be hardened strict punishment should be given, we just want justice nothing else.

I am sorry to say that aaj tak is such a reputed news channel and there very frequently wrong hindi spellings are shown. Not only this sometimes news readers read different news and show irrelevant picture in the background.

Please direct your field staff that the pit is refiled properly & brought to original shape by the concerned residents who have damaged the infrastructure of the block.

If not executed immediately, this will cause extensive damage to the foundation & to the building causing settlement of land in the event of rains which are likely to occur any time.

This should be done on the top most priority also to avoid accidents in the block to residents, children’s& visitors as this is common infrastructure for use by the all residents / visitors.

On 16th oct 2018 an oppo f11 has been purchased through flipkart id [protected]@yahoo.com.. Registered mobile no 76××××××11. On exchange of one plus 3 we got oppo mobile with buy back guarantee by paying extra amount.in which flipkart stated they will buy my oppo f11 in the value 13300 if we sell with in 6to 8 months..

On date 19.05.19.. We have tried to order vivo v15 pro ruby red through flipkart where in offers where going on from 15th may 2019 to 19 may 2019..in which they where giving 3000 extra off on buying vivo v15 pro and additional 10% discount on hdfc credit card.. So total amount in which they where exchanging my old mobile is around 13300+3000+1000=17300.. So i would have to pay 9137 only fr buying vivo v15 pro..
I ordered mobile on 19th may 2019 around 9pm where in order got cancelled by seller by 11.30pm as seller stated that they where having limited delivery.. Again i spoke to customer care an senior floor executive mr. Saurabh after spkng to junior they connected my call to mr. Saurabh around 12am i had conversation with him for 20 mins he assured me that he will take care and the seller wont cancel the order. Even the return of fy 2017-18 is still not processed.

I am a senior citizen i do not keep good health as i am already suffering from brain stroke and under treatment of fortis hospital from past 2 years. I was unable to protect myself against three youngsters. I was beaten up by wooden batons and was badly injured in the attack,
I got my medical done at govt. Dispensary dhakoli. I also gave a complaint to zirakpur police station on the same date[protected].
No investigation has been initiated till date nor an fir registered.
We have also intimated the police who was behind the attack still the police is reluctant to help me in the matter.
I want to know what is my security as a senior citizen and why the police is not keen to take action.

My daughter's marriage was fixed in the month of feb -2018 and i was looking loan for a loan to cover the marriage expenses.
In the end of oct 2017, i had received on my mobile call from land line number +[protected] mr. Mayank bhardwaj (Mobile no.[protected]) that there reliance company is offering mortgage loan facility, as my elder daughter was to be in feb 2018, i accepted their offer, i needed money to meet the daughters marriage expenses. For which initially i was asked to take hdfc life policy for rs99999/- by mr. Asuthosh rastogi who was mr. Mayank bhadwaj team leader explained that policy taken would be mortgaged with their company and they would offer a loan of rs. Ten lacks an agreement would have to be signed between reliance and me and that i would have to enter a bond that i will have to repay rs. One lack every year in lieu for next ten years, till the policy period. Hence i took the policy with hdfc life classic assured plus as per their guidance paid by cheque no. 67600 dt.10/12/2017 by bank of maharashtra.
For which i agreed and took the policy, later by end of end dec 17 from their accounts department one mr. Manish pandey (Mobile no. [protected] & [protected]) offers that i have to take one more life policy to get the noc to get the loan sanctioned, and that only then the loan would be sanctioned, i have take another policy in my family members name for which i reluctantly agreed and took policy in my eldest daughters name. And was advised to take policy for rs. 99999 from exide payment made 11/01/2018 by credit card.
Later mr. Manish pandey calls and updates that he has arranged to enhance my loan from ten lacks to forty lacks i would get rs, forty lacks if i take one more policy and mortgage the same. Calculating the amount that i could pay and settle all my other loans, i opted to take the policy as per their advice i was to take policy in my wife name for rs.99999/- on hdfc life classic assured plus by cheque no.35108 dt:12/03/2018. After the policy is taken when i enquired for the loan amount, i was assured by mr. Mayank bharadwaj that it is under process and later i get a call from their a accounts department mr. Alok tiwari ([protected]) that noc has to be obtained to release the payment that for noc, i have to take another policy for rs.99999/-, and no more payment will required and this would be final and as soon as the policy is taken the funds will be transferred, having reached dead end and no other option i was asked to take policy from bharat hexa the payment was made by cheque no 72014 dt:20/04/2018 the policy was made in my wife’s name, mr. Mayank bhadwaj confirmed that the file is now complete and the funds would be transferred by neft on 04/06/2018.
I was anxiously waiting for the day to arrive since the last policy i received, at last on 04/06/2018 i was told their server is down and the amount has been unable to transfer, the same answer i got over a week that server is down due rains, nearly every day i started to contact mr. Mayank bharadwaj every time i was informed that they are unable to neft to my account, every day they assured me that they are trying and trying this went on for nearly two months, mean while mr.
