This is to bring to your kind notice that in our block (Address, 97 -100, gh – 10, sunder apartment, outer ring road, paschim vihar) construction for lift is being carried out without any type of
Consent with all the residents of the block which is impacting more than 35 + year old structure of the building.
People constructing the lift are threatening to continue the work inspite of repeated requests.
It is apprehended that this activity block light, ventilation & view of entrance of many flats & cause lot of congestion in the open space provided for the common use of the residents of the block damaging infrastructure provided by dda / municipal corporation.
We strongly oppose this construction of lift in my block & request you to kindly intervene & direct your field staff to ensure that this activity is totally stopped in this block. Already a big pit has been done in the block by intensive & extensive excavation & some construction activity has been taken in hand by the erring residents causing lot of inconvenience to the other residents of the block
Please direct your field staff that the pit is refiled properly & brought to original shape by the concerned residents who have damaged the infrastructure of the block.
If not executed immediately, this will cause extensive damage to the foundation & to the building causing settlement of land in the event of rains which are likely to occur any time.
This should be done on the top most priority also to avoid accidents in the block to residents, children’s& visitors as this is common infrastructure for use by the all residents / visitors.
Also please ensure no such permission may please be granted for the construction of the lift in this block.
