On 16th Apirl, your team named, Ms. Kritika Shrma (Manager Business development) provided Live class online course programme 11th -12th online JEE with all false based commitments and taken money near about 1, 36, 000. after getting payments now we are facing lot of problems, She told us in this course package we will get TAB AND BOOKS lasted by Friday, but i have checked with mentor team, she said no books and tab are include in our course programme, we told Kritika that we want 11 and 12 NCRT based course + JEE but she committed us teachers will teach full NCRT based books and extra study based on JEE exam, but as per mentor, teachers will be reached only JEE based course and little bit touch NCRT books. please help us on this matter now Kritika & other your counsellor Ms. Susmita both are not attending our calls.
