Aakash BYJU's is not cancelling my enrollment / loan in spite of my multiple emails and calls.

They reply my emails saying that they will call back within 24 hours but 2 months passed, and none of them called yet.

Every time they call and say to wait for 72 hours. After the long wait of 72 hours, they call again and say to wait for 72 hours and this goes on. This is what happens for the last 2 months.
