We as parents decided to put our child in Aakash for coaching after we were unable to get any proper private
coaching due to the pandemic situation. After speaking to the staff we
thought that the institute would provide the best coaching needed for our child. We decided to put in Aakash one year
hybrid course (which was the only program offered to us by the staff )
thinking that he would get proper coaching for his board & entrance exams.

They contacted the center at Trivandrum during the month of June & they
discussed the formalities via Whatsapp chats and telephonic conversations.
All the formalities were instructed through the same. We spoke with the
Faculty through a WhatsApp conference call where he assured us that he
would be available 24/7 to attend to any kind of issues we face. The fee
was agreed for Rs 68, 010 & all the post-dated cheques were collected in 5
installments. Before paying, they called us several times & assured us
that they will take care of everything.

But to our surprise, after the payment was done, They put my son in a batch which had already began in April and they completely
forgot about us. They even sent the PSID of the child only after constant
reminders.
Even though we had opted for weekend classes, he was enrolled in the
weekday classes. Nobody even took the effort to call us to give any kind of
instructions as to how to join the class or how to watch the recorded
videos or that there were practice tests available for the child. Nothing
at all. It was like, 'we have collected the money and now it’s your job to
figure out everything on your own'. Even after constant calls and
reminders, we were unable to get proper information about the classes. They
would not answer our calls or would give us someone else’s phone number to
call. Just to change to the weekend class, my wife had to call several
times. None of them responded properly & we saw our monthly payment getting
debited since we had given PDC.

During the months of July & August, no proper coaching was given to him and
his name was not even removed from the weekday classes and added to the
weekend class. No guidance was given as to how to attend the tests or
nobody to even ask why he did not attend the tests. No faculty ever called
for a PTA or absolutely nothing . It was as if somebody had tied our eyes
and left us into a dense jungle.

When I saw that our money, Rs.40, 000, had already been deducted by then,
without any result, I decided to send my wife to their office.We decided
that he should be changed to digital classes instead of hybrid classes.
We informed the office to change it to digital classes. At first, they
readily agreed to that and said that I should just send a mail citing the
reason and it would be changed without giving any further details.
After sending the mail to my surprise, my son was removed from the live
classes immediately. As per my knowledge, Aakash digital was supposed to
have live classes also. So once again my wife visited their office where she
was told that my son has been enrolled for the dlp program (even though we
had clearly mentioned changing him to the Digital program in our mail to
them) where he can attend the tests and he would be given only the study
materials needed. My wife told them that they were mistaken and we wanted
to change to Aakash digital. They initially quoted us that the digital
class fee is Rs 30, 000/- & later it was quoted that it was Rs 40, 000/-.
The response from the office was so bad. We requested them to return our
two installment cheques of September & November, as we had paid Rs 40, 00/-
till now to which they told us that we will lose 75% of the amount
we paid & we have to pay another 75% to enroll again. This came as a shock
to us since they had not mentioned all this during the time of enrollment
and selection of the program. It was absolutely due to disappointment and
dissatisfaction with the staff behavior and performance that we are forced
to change the course so why should we bear this loss?
When we asked for mail Id or phone no of head office we were told to take it fro. The internet. When we wrote an email complaining the issue to all the mail Id available on net it was again forwarded to the same man who was addressing us. He was mocking us saying wherever we send they mail will get to them only and we have to accept whatever solution they offer. Since we have paid the money we have to bear the loss. What kind of a solution is this?
No higher authority spoke to us for providing a solution and after repeated mails without any result we were forced to apply for refund.

I was paid Rs 10000 as a registration fee for One year NEET program at Coimbatore RS Puram Branch on 19.8.2021.
Due to reopening of schools in TamilNadu I couldn't join the course at present, So I request you to refund the resignation fee to my account..

I have been following up since last 15 days for conversion from Aakash digital to physical Classroom program but nobody is responding.

I Prathamesh S.K was a 10th grade student[protected] in Aakash Institute Bangalore (Bannerghatta branch) and at the time of admission they took a security deposit of Rs.2000 which they said would be refundable I'm currently studying in Aakash (whitefield branch) and still haven't received the refund even after repeated reminders how can you expect someone to pay the fees on time if you yourself don't follow your refund policy. I request you to kindly look into the matter and refund my money as soon as possible.

Sir I want to informe you that I want to leave aakash as I had taken admission in 12 July and piad the full amount for digital classes . And i had asked to my counceller that can i jion the offline classes when the pendimic will be ovwr and he had said that offcourse you can you just have to make transfer process and he hadn't told anything about the huge extra amount of money I have to extra and now he is telling that plz pay double amount of money what you had paid earlier . And sir my father is not comfortable with this huge amount so plz sir plz refund my money I have been writting emails and making calls to the coustomer care from last 15 days and ther are saying plz wait for 24 48 hr but I am receiving neither a call nor any email sir plz do something am begging you that plz refund my money plz sir atleast return my 75% - 80% pls sir I have been seeking to coustomer care from last 15 days but am not getting any of the reply sir plz plz 🙏am begging you plz refund my money I had been frustrated from last 15 days and my studies are also getting affected during these days .

The complaint regarding the transfer of the classes was initiated well before 23 days. It's been 23 days since and the issue hasn't been resolved yet. Never thought Aksash Institute was so atrocious.

This is a request to kindly transfer the account or else please refund the full amount or else you will be forcing me to take up legal actions against this. Kindly do the needful

I joined aakash digital on 11 August. Before admission a person called me from aakash and told me that there will be no direct offline classes until you finish you jee exam (till January) . The only choice for your preparation is aakash digital, he said. He also said me that you will have special care, you can prepare even without your school and you'll get ur books by 2 days... Etc. My parents and me believed him and paid the first installment of ₹16200.after joining I came to that all the things told by him were lies. I did not received my books till now(25 days) . And from the starting am facing many technical problems from aakash.

And after 10 days govt decided to open schools, so I requested to refund my money. But there is no response from their side. Am call calling them daily and they are telling some other reasons and neglecting this issue. 16200 is not a small amount for middle class people. Please refund my amount.

My wife approached the above centre contact Mr.Manish with a requirement for weekday classes for NEET coaching as my daughter has weekend examinations by her college. After detailed discussions on the requirements he promised my daughter would be accomodated in week day batches and the number of classes completed are only 3 in number.
In good faith we paid almost Rs.35, 000
Upon allotment we realized her allotment has been into...

I am not receiving the joining link in time.So, I cannot attend the classes regularly.

We paid the entire fees for offline classes
But didn't available offline classes..after completion of entire syllabus we got some offline which is not required to be attended.
Why they don't refund the extra money

I would like to submit to you that my daughter is not able to comprehend fully or adjust to teaching manner of physics faculty of Akash, Port Blair. Despite informing numerous times at the center by me and so many other parents no action has been taken yet, and I got to know few of the aspirants are started looking for better alternative. I would sincerely request you to look for a better option for physics faculty or you can even
consider of bringing back previous faculty as my daughter's future is at stake.

The teaching faculties are changed randomly, the teaching mehod of new facilities is not good and not understable while the teaching method of old is very good. From some days no remainder are coming to me neither of classes nor of exams. They are continuously marking me absent in classes while I am present in all the classes.

It is submitted that my son namely Dushyant Sharma, has got admission ( Engg. 21-23), in Aakash Institute, Preet Vihar, Delhi. As prescribed by the Centre, in the first installment of the fee structure (as Tech. & exam fees) I have paid RS. 3919/- whereas in other/next installments the same fee (tech. & Exam fee) is mentioned as RS. 10189/- & 11136/-. If the first installment for Tech & Exam fee is Rs. 3919/- then why the successive/next installments are too high i.e. RS. 10189/- & 11136/-. I also visited the Center many a times regarding this issue/query but they didn’t give any response to me or were not capable to answer my query, hence, advised me to talk/approach to the Chairman.

Therefore, kindly reduce the next installments of Tech. & Exam fees as first installment i.e. RS. 3919/- as no offline classes are going on or are scheduled to be commenced and also allot me a suitable time slot as per your convenience for a meeting regarding my grievance/query with respected CEO/chairman.

Before I bought the DLP, I asked them whether the test will be extended if NEET is further postponed..but no test added after 31st July.
Even they do not provide PDF of previous test.

I have two complaints with you:

1) I had purchased the course later in April. That's why I have most of the tests of phase 1 of the test series in the missed test section.

But after the announcement of the final mock test series, my phase 1 remaining tests are no longer available.
Who gave you the right to remove them??br...

We enquire for itutor pre-recorded videos course on phone number provided on website, Mr Ashish chandra from Janakpuri picked up, instead of giving information he keeps asking details of student and send payment link with discount (trapping marketing tactics, stay alert)

We didn't pay heed to this and asked about details what &how they will provide us education material..

This man vanish, 10 calls from different locations of Akash sales persons start ringing..(sic)

We picked up one, lady named Diksha, talked to us, she try her best to manipulate but finally revealed some truth&send some video links, also provide trial package for 7days..

Drama begins..when we strongly enquire about exactly which videos in trail pack will be sent to us in SD card, she told old videos not available on trial package will be send to you, send some links, also upon asking she told you will not provided to access of the videos which available on trial pack, then
Why providing things on trial package which your company not supposed to provide us.. it's broad daylight FRAUD.. Diksha replies it's management's decision
...see that's how innocent parents, their hard earned money, their dreams for their children crushed for money., it caused us immense mental & physical stress to get proper information from them...such companies must banned &punished under consumer protection act...for fradulent behaviour & actions

I have paid the amount for crash course neet 2021 on last Thursday.
But Inspite of repeated calls to your institute they have not still started online classes for my son.

My daughter Tejaswini enrolled in Byjus Akash for maths physics chemistry.PSID-[protected]
She is studying in 11th. Mr Pranav Prashanth phone no.[protected] mail id pranav.[protected]@aesl.in kept on convincing us to join for the above JEE courses and we also submitted all the things and done initial payment of Rs 48501 saying that classes for new batch will start from 5/7/2021 and said teachers from Medavakkam Akash will call you. Then he said new batch will start on 22.7.21. Nobody called us. He is also not responding. We were fully worried about our money.

After repeatedly calling Akash Medavakkam we came to know that Mr. Pranav has himself enrolled my daughter in Anna Nagar branch.
They said that only if payment from Akash Anna Nagar is received they will conduct classes at Medavakkam branch Akash.

The Anna Nagar Branch manager Ms. Abirami is very irresponsible and not sorting out the issues in time.From the branch they are saying online admission candidates through Byju's are not given importance. Only direct admissions are taken care.

All these confusions are solely due to Mr. Pranav who was interested only in convincing candidates to join Akash and after payment he is not responding properly.

Already nearly a month gets over for which also we have paid the fees. If there is no proper response from your side, I request you to kindly refund our money.

Kindly have strict regulations over the admission officers and please regulate all the branches. They are not integratedly functioning rather they are isolated as Byjus separately and Akash branches separately. Even branches are isolated.

Please instruct Ms Abirami Branch manager Akash Anna Nagar Branch (ph. [protected] mail id: [protected]@aesl.in) to provide login access to the candidate immediately.

I came to know that only the branch manager is delaying. They are not considering Byju's admission it seems so

Very very poor service from Anna Nagar branch.

Today IInd day classes are going on and the branch manager is reluctant to issue Microsoft teams id yet
But payment and all they are not compromising. Why should we compromise our class??
Are you compromising the refund amount. ??? or payment amount for two classes. no know. Not at all good
